Relatively low cost & good Quality - purchase them regularly.So far no Dead on Arrival Units and after 4 years none I have purchased so far have gone bad.

Bought 4 of these so far for use in Netgear GS110TP switches and TP-LINK MC220L media converters. All have worked fine with no issues.
