Holy Grail level product. If you've ever struggled with your hair needing some strength, but protein is just too much, this is the perfect product. I use it on wash day after shampooing - I apply, put on a shower cap, and then put on a heated cap to help it sink into the hair. Leave it for about 10-15 minutes and rinse out. It makes my hair so strong, but also silky and flowy - no stiff greasy hair here! I truly think this has worked better than some of my more expensive products.

Bought this mask to go along with the shampoo and conditioner and intensive repair spray. I love the mask as it helps to make my hair feel smooth and thicker. Great value for the money.

The first thing I noticed was the smell, which is amazing! I have thick, wavy, and dry hair…and this formula helps me to achieve more smoothness and reduces frizz. I smooth a handful between my hands and spread down my hair with my palms and then brush through. Then leave on for 5-10 mins and wash out. Leaves my hair smelling amazing and improves the appearance of my hair.

My favorite hair make ever. So good for making your hair smooth. I use it in place of conditioner and love it so much. Smells amazing. Mine did come busted a little and I lost some product but overall great. Wish I could find it in store, just reordered it hopefully this one will stay closed on the trip

The product seems to work well, making my hair soft and smooth. Has not helped a ton with frizz yet, but maybe with more uses it would. My biggest issue is the awful smell. It is such a heavy perfume smell, like nothing I've ever had from Dove, who usually has products geared towards those that are sensitive (skin etc). No idea why this does not come in an unscented version or why the scent is NOT on the label in an obvious way like "Dove Hair Mask- Floral Scent" so I'd have been warned. I smelled it when I opened the product but assumed it would wash out-- like it was just because the product was concentrated in the container but no. My husband and son both recoiled when I came out to the living room after using and rinsing it thoroughly and asked what smelled. These are not people with sensitive noses. So, if you like a heavy floral perfume smell, this may be for you. I will use it sparingly if at all however. Very dismayed.
