If, like me, you want to see a book that gives real, practical advice on how to invest: finding and evaluating good deals, checking out the property, getting it financed and managing it, buy this one.This is not a light read, but it is easy to follow and it lays out one of the clearest and most complete paths to investing I've seen anywhere. I read it quickly, but will also use it as a reference as I begin investing in mobile homes. If you plan to invest in mobile homes, any one of about fifty tips in this book is going to save you way more than the book's cost. I wish there was a book like this for every real estate investing sector.

A useful book for anyone looking at getting into this field. It can also provides insights to Real Estate in general. I shopped several books on the subject. I'm glad I picked this one. It's well worth the money.

Manufactured Housing has been on my mind for several years. I finally caved and decided to purchase and read a few books on the topic. Zalman's book on Mobile Home investing is very thorough! Admittedly, some of the information may be outdated and may need revising/adjusted to fit your locality, but the author's formulas, "homework" sections, strategies, and step-by-step roadmap offers a lot of value to the reader.

Mobile Home Wealth is not greedy at all with the information. By the time I got a little over half of the book read I wanted to see if there were really deals out there like the book stated. I got on the computer and in an instant found mobile homes for sale in my city. I went to the back of the book were the phone scripts are and put things to the test yet again and sure enough had a showing the same day. A week after seeing my first ever mobile home, I ended up buying 3 and renting them out in Sept 2013, but by Nov 2013 I had 15 mobile homes which was generating me a whopping $4,000+ in residual income. I thought outside the box and did something the book didn't talk about, but it still opened my eyes to yet another stream of income within real estate.
