I thought I'd try this with garlic and surprised! Is very good I finally found a mayo, organic with good ingredients especially the oil! Will continue to order this

I have been doing a lot of reading about how bad seed oils are and how they cause inflammation, so I decided to try a mayo made without them. This Chosen mayo fits the bill. It's got healthy ingredients and is a great substitute.

You really taste the garlic. It was great in my sandwich.

The jar arrived hot, not warm, but hot. No idea how long it was sitting somewhere soaking up the heat. In addition the emulsification broke (ingredients separated like peanut butter). Unfortunately refrigeration and trying to reblend didn't work. It also tasted "off" probably after being in the heat for so long. Would not buy again unless it came cooled.

My favorite avocado oil mayo. It came quickly & well-packaged. Geodesic quality mayo.

I have searched all sorts of mayo that is healthy without seed oils. This one is the only brand that taste good and you must get 100% avocado.

I decided to try this Avocado Oil Roasted Garlic May from Chosen Foods because I like garlic, and avocado oil based mayo tastes better than the typical mass-market vegetable oil based supermarket mayo.Is it tasty? Yes! It's got great flavor and will work on everything from sandwiches to hot dogs. How garlic-y is it? To be honest, not much. I taste the avocado oil and vinegar more than the garlic. Is it economical? No! At more than $1/oz (current price on Amazon) It's 6.5 times as expensive as major national brand mayo, but if you're looking for mayo with high quality ingredients I'd suggest giving it a try.
