I had to stop taking it as it personally affected my elimination cycle, by causing constipation and initial dehydration. If you're not a big water drinker in the first place, ensure you up it by at least 1 litre to compensate. For people with family history or existing diagnosis of IBD, CKD, heart conditions (atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, clotting disorders), ensure you have a baseline bloodwork before starting it as messing with the body's water cycle can affect the mentioned organ systems over time. While this review may be against industry standards for creatine marketing, the public should be more aware of these effects.

Convenient but since the formula has been changed and taste altered to the negative, the gummies all stick together making it nigh on impossible to extract.

Packing is Good. The most important thing is that the creatine is good and works. I've felt the expected boost in strength and faster recovery between sets. In my experience, high-quality, creatine products rarely taste fantastic, so this is an acceptable trade-off for how well they work and how easy they are to take.
