I've heard so may things about how Xylitol is actually really good for your teeth so I got this. I've started using it in my coffees & teas but also I use it to brush my teeth! I've had a lot of tooth sensitivity problems and I sprinkle this over my daily toothpaste. I recently went to the dentist and he said my teeth were looking fantastic which is while because the last time I went to the dentist (a year ago) I was having tooth aches and got three root canals and filled one cavity and overall not having a good time. I am convinced this is what's saved them.

It cuts down the sugar intake,I can't really explain the taste but it is refreshing to drink coffee or tea without loading it with so much sugar,all I can say is try it all taste buds aren't the same,but I like it😇😉

I use in place of sugar. Tastes just like sugar. Measures the same as sugar. Better glycemic index. Natural product, not a bunch of chemicals! And it dissolves easily!

I ordered this Xylitol to replace the sucralose that I was using. It is a bit more coarse than table sugar, but it dissolves well and tastes good. I liked it on various berries, like strawberries and blueberries. The one caveat that I have is that it really seems to accentuate the laxative effect of coffee on me, and could have that effect by itself on you or others. Until you check to see what effect this might have on you, I would not recommend using it using it just before a long trip. Nor would I recommend including it for use with others without letting them know. One would not want their guests to have an unpleasant surprise. With that said, I am still using it, but with caution.
