I needed to replace a faulty unit I bought in 2020, I did a load of research, the existing unit wasn't available any more and I debated spending £400+ on a recognised brand name one, but didn't really want to spend that much money. This unit is great value, feels sturdy and the controls work well. It cooled our son's single bed room from 26.5C to 22.5C in an hour, that was with the hose hanging out of the window and no seal kit. It's a fairly heavy unit but has wheels and moves well on my laminate flooring, noise wise its about the same as my previous unit, too loud for me to sleep with. The only possible negative is that the remote feels very flimsy and no battery was included. I'll update this review in a few months and see how it did through the summer (if we have one!)

I was a bit worried, making this purchase as I had already purchased a unit from a retail outlet only to be disappointed with its performance. Is certainly isn't the case with this one which was ordered by Amazon very pleased with its performance. We were amazed at the heat that was discharged through the outlet pipe. Because of this it is important you vent the outlet to the outside of your house. Because of my windows the only way I could make sure the venting hose was discharged outside, was by purchasing an extension hose which worked very well in my case. Obviously the best thing to do is to install a proper duct through the brickwork. Although this is a portable unit it is quite heavy, hence it's found its own space and doesn't get moved room to room

Bought this for my daughter who lives in a attic conversion, is very good at cooling the space as it does get hotter than other parts of the house. It says in the instructions that the unit uses 1Kwh per day, but my energy monitor is says it uses this in a hour (Assuming it's cooling for a hour) this works out at 25p per hour at my current KwH rate. It also says it's wisper quiet, I wouldn't say that but it's not too loud but I don't think I could fall asleep with it on. It has a onboard 4ltr water tank which collects the condensate from the evaporator, which needs emptying every 4 days depending on the humidity or you can connect the extraction pipe to a drain.

Excellent product , simple to set up and easy to use, and works great. Cool’s the place in no time . Well worth the money, and doesn’t cost much to run. Would definitely recommend . 10/10

The media could not be loaded. Left for 24hrs as recommended. Compressor started rattling and buzzing like a fishtank air pump. Incredibly noisy. After a while a smell of either burning PCB or refrigerant came from the unit. Exhaust conduit getting almost hot enough to burn you. A similar unit (1.3kw) I have is twice as efficient, with under half the exhaust heat, double the condensate a lot quieter and cools effectively. Either this item is faulty or badly designed/manufactured. Will most likely buy a "Brand" name to replace this.

Great little fan, light weight, gives a good breeze, very helpful in hot weather

Considering how cheap it is, it's hard to criticise. It's heavy, It's not quiet. The sleep function doesn't reduce the volume or anything, just increases the temperature by 1 degree every hour so it comes on less and less often during the night (what?!).But, for the price, it's a steal. Would work great in an environment where volume & portability don't matter. Ideal for a small business on a hot day.

This is quite a heavy quite quiet machine which works very well and is easy to use.

Ce ventilateur me sert à ventiler une box et mon informatique dans un placard, il est très efficace et très silencieux et de plus il est branché sur une prise USB...Il est autonome, car il possède une batterie rechargeable , je l'ai laissé tourner toute la journée sans soucis.Je le recommande,

Un petit ventilateur que j’ai acheter pour refroidir ma Rog ally et qui fonctionne très bien , avec peu de bruit et avec une batterie rechargeable pour 10 euros, difficile de faire mieux !

Habe dieses Teil meinem Mann geschenk ,zur Busausbildung im Stadtbus ,bei dieser Hitze ,super leise ,angenehm und Geschwindigkeit regelbar ! Die Discolichter sind der Knaller bei der Fahrausbildung , wenn er sie anmachen würde ,könnt man ihn arbeiten sehen :)
