I think the examples are misleading. Maybe their photos were taken with optimum lighting. I don't know, but my laser etching is much fuzzier than their examples. Now, my picture was taken with normal room lighting. Maybe that's the problem. Anyway, ensure that you're providing the best-lit, highest-resolution image possible.
