Bought this as a gift for a newly 5 year old. He loves LEGOS but can be easily frustrated. The 4+ rating was perfect- he could easily build the set without assistance. The banana car is adorable and the engine even comes out for "repairs". The characters are adorable and provided lots of opportunities for dialogue and creative play. Great product!
