I bought this night guard/retainer for TMJ pain and because my plastic retainers weren't fitting well. This is a much better option for me considering these retainers aren't nearly as hard as the typical retainer. It fits super comfortable in my mouth and my TMJ pain is easing up. It's also super affordable compared to any other retainers. Best of all I have a retainer to keep my teeth straight and a mouth guard so I no longer bite down in my sleep. Awesome product!

It will be a month in two days since I sent the impressions and no retainers yet. The item is not with USPS when I try to track it. When I contacted customer service, they said the retainers are made in Asia and is being shipped back. The item description says it is made in the US in 2 weeks, which is not true. I will update my review if/when I get the retainers. Very disappointed so far.

I was really impressed with this retainer. My dentist had told me that replacing my old retainer would cost me $700, so this was an amazing and affordable alternative! The instructions had pictures that made it easier to understand and if I didn’t, customer service was there and happy to help! I messed it up the first time, but there was extra packets of the mold to try again. Once I received my retainer it fit great! It is thicker than my last retainer but hopefully will sustain my teeth grinding. Overall, this was a great purchase and worked out awesome. I would highly recommend this product! Oh and bonus it came with a little travel case!

They fit me perfectly. The first ones they sent me did not fit my teeth well, but they kindly sent me another pair of retainers that did fit my teeth well. I am happy about that and the friendly customer service. I highly recommend them.

I asked this company if they made the guards in the US and they said yes, in Colorado. They do not, they are made in China. So be prepared to wait a long time for them to be returned to you. Disappointed Smileins lied to me about their manufacturing. Also, the instructions are in broken English and very hard to understand. Customer service is really awful, they continually lie and make promises that are not truthful.

They work and do exactly what they are supposed to do. Fit well and I can sleep in them which was an issue for me with other night guards in the past. I did 1.5 thickness. Process was very easy sending back the impressions and their customer service and response rate is top notch. Nothing to worry about working with this seller. I got exactly what I was looking for so I’m pleased.

I would recommend this to anyone who needs a retainer. It is less expensive than others and is highly customizable. They give you options on what thickness you want as well as plenty (like 10 total) molds so you can practice and perfect your impression. It does take quite a while, between 3 - 4 but I am OK with that. If you are not satisfied or have issues with the fit. They are willing to work with you. The customer service is very quick to respond, nice, and helped solve my very minor fitment issue.
