This is full of fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Plus it tastes great when mixed in with juices or drinks. Ive heard it also tastes great with yogurt. I got turned on to it from Starbucks and now my husband and I cant get enough.

I guess I didn’t really know what dragon fruit was supposed to taste like. I personally didn’t care for the earthy aftertaste. This is just my personal preference, to others it might be perfect. I used it in hot tea & it never did melt all the way as I thought it should. I gave it away & the person I gave it to, liked it. So again, I guess it’s a personal preference.

It’s fun to put in your drinks but it does change the flavor of your drink and it changes the color of your drink. It seems to bleed into the drink and, while it doesn’t make it taste bad, I’ve had other freeze dried dragonfruit that doesn’t do that. Overall though it’s still purchase worthy.

I use this so make my own version of a Starbucks drink I had once and it works PERFECTLY. They are tasty and add a beautiful color to the drink. They do take a while to soak up the liquid, but I enjoy the texture.My recipe: pink lemonade, a scoop of matcha, freeze dried strawberries and dragon fruit, let it sit and soak until the color is beautiful then top with sprite for a fizzy kick. It's SO good!
