God product dose what it says more bowel movement

Seems great but it’s my first try of it…so I’ll let you know 🤔

It’s ok mixes up in smoothies but it makes the texture not nice but does work as a fibre supplement so next time I will buy in a capsule

Excellent product. Most reviewers go in about „bag won’t close“ or „doesn’t dissolve“. No idea why they write this. I have only good experiences with this one, compared to others. I’d definitely recommend buying it.

It seems to work (for digestion) but it tastes disgusting, like slightly bitter mouldy mushrooms. It makes me gag. I have taken the Gram Factory Sat Isagbol with no problems, tastes a lot nicer. But doesn’t mix at all with water (unless you use a Nutribullet) and just turns into sludgy brown lumps, so combined with the revolting taste, drinking it it is seriously unpleasant. Won’t put myself through this again, will be trying another brand.

What I wanted.

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this. I've been taking it for over a month and noticed no difference, then got some from my local health food shop and thought I'd do a quick comparison to see if it actually did what it's supposed to, become gelatinous, as you can see it does not. Even after 5 mins then lighter local bought one is nearly solid, the darker NKD living one is still very liquid. What a con.
