I bought this frother back in September of 2024 when a different brand frother kept burning everything. I have used this every day, oce or twice a day since. One mor ing it stopped working. I was frustrated.I emailed kidisle directly. They put their email right on the product so there was no searching required. The company responded within 1 business day. They asked for a video and purchase info. I sent it over a few days later. Within 24 hours they reaponded and asked where I wanted my new one sent. It arrived 3 days later.While inormally would give a 4nstar for this, but their customer service knocked it to a 4 without hesitation.Their tips section in the manual is worth reading as it definitely made better foam, hot or cold, than when I just jumped in the first day.

I purchased this on Aug 16, 2024. Received Aug 21, 2024.the Good:Very nice warmer/frother.Easy to use. Heats milk to 160F.Easy to clean, at first.the Neutral:Frothing/stirring attachments do not attach securely.They will fall into your cup when pouring.the Bad:After 3 uses, a scald/scorch mark appeared in the bottom that got larger after each use.I used recommended scrubber sponges for non stick surfaces. Nothing removed the stain.I treated the stain with multiple cleaning agents recommended for non stick surfaces.The stain was never able to be cleaned.After 25 uses (Sep 13), milk would not heat up past 130F. Morning of Sep 14th, unit did not heat at all. The display registered the refrigerated temperature of the milk.Fortunately, I had kept the box for possible return.If you do purchase this item, keep the box, just in case.Update: Sep 30th: I was sent a replacement, pretty sure it was refurbished. The box is very plain with no manual. Frother worked great until this morning, October 15th. Shows write code E4. Now it does not heat. The stirring/frothing action still works. So I can use it to make could drinks. Definitely done with this brand.

Up-Updated Review (October 23, 2024)After a little back and forth with the manufacturer, I have my new frother (thank you Joy, you were a pleasure to work with!). My new, attractive brown, frother works like a champ - no leaks (so far) and the selection panel performs much better! The only, rather amusing, thing is... it reads in celsius rather than fahrenheit, but thankfully functions with my US outlet. Yes, I can expand my horizons and use this without issue. I know I like my milk products hot and this frother version actually remembers my setting from the prior day. I'm back to loving this product. Would highly recommend (just be sure to order the US temperature option!)Updated Review (Oct 10, 2024):Well, my great little frother conked out after only a few weeks of use... The unit started to leak, getting into the electronics and tripping our GFI. We took great care with it - handwashing with the supplied foam scrubby and air drying. Is it a design flaw? Is this a one off? I have contacted the supplier at the email address on the unit's base. We'll see how they handle this issue.Original Review:Got spoiled having daily lattes for a bit over summer. Buying this Kidisle Electric Milk Frother made my at home coffee just as delicious! I love this product, but am docking a star because the electronic touch-pad is really weird - I have to move my finger all over the face to have it wake up and getting the proper selections takes a lot longer than it should. My hubby is too scared to try it on his own after watching my daily Fonzerelli (Happy Days reference for those too young to know) moves. Can't wait to try the hot chocolate option with the chocolate bar breaker attachment. Unit is really easy to clean and store! Despite its quirks - I'm happy with this purchase!

Bought this last year for a summer home. It does a great job producing a hot, thick froth of milk for my mochas and lattes. It takes about 1 minute to heat the milk to 150 degrees. The push button control panel is easy to use (I initially thought I needed to push the controls very hard but actually, a light touch moves you through the froth quality and temperature options easily). I can't speak to durability, as it only gets used about 40-50 times a year but I'm very happy with the quality of frothed milk it produces.

I’ve order a few different frothers in this price range and this is the best. I bought it to heat up milk for my coffee and it gets to 70c (158F). It’s not scolding hot but between warm to hot. I could not get any of the other frothers to heat the milk to this level. Also it froths the milk much better than any of the others I ordered and doesn’t spill. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I’ve been using it for a month now and the non stick surface is still fine with me using/cleaning it 3-4 times a day. Also, if you have kids…my son (11yrs old) makes his hot chocolate in it and it does a pretty good job. All he does is pours the milk and the powder then the frother (chocolate milk setting) does the rest. Would really recommend it!!!!

We have had several frothers and our latest one started scorching the milk and got harder to clean after only a few months. This one works great, is easy to clean and operate and we are very happy with it. It was also very affordable.The whip became damaged and I contacted the company by email. They responded promptly and sent 2 more whips at no charge. They were very helpful and communicated with me several times to make sure I was satisfied.I would have no reservations buying from them again and recommending this product!

The temp is on celcius and I cannot find how to change to fahrenheit. No manual in box or online. I've reached out to support and no help. Other than that we like it, all modes work well and it's super quiet.Would definitely recommend.***Customer service responded to email and so everyone else can know...select a mode, touch temp icon repeatedly this will toggle between celcius and fahrenheit.
