Travel cooler case
Bought this for traveling with GLP-1 pens. Used it for a six hour drive. Insulation and ice packs kept the medicine cold. Comes with 2 ice packs. Can hold 2 pens but is a little snug with both ice packs. It's okay though because the zipper is very strong. Very light weight for traveling and seems durable.

Perfect Insulin Travel Case – Compact, Reliable, and Keeps Meds Cool!
I recently purchased the AUVON Compact Insulin Cooler Travel Case, and after using it for a few trips, I can confidently say it’s a game-changer for anyone who needs to carry insulin or other temperature-sensitive medications. As someone who frequently commutes and takes short trips, I needed something that was compact, reliable, and actually kept my insulin cool for a reasonable amount of time—and this case delivered! Cooling Performance – Stays Cold Longer Than Expected One of my biggest concerns when buying an insulin travel case was how long it would actually keep my medication cool. According to the product details, the included ice packs should maintain a safe temperature for 4 to 8 hours depending on the ambient conditions. In my personal experience, when I froze the ice packs overnight and placed them in the case with my insulin, they lasted closer to 6 hours in mild temperatures (~75°F). On a hotter day (about 85°F), the cooling effect lasted around 4 hours, which is still enough time for a short trip. One great feature is that it comes with two ice packs, so if you’re going somewhere for an extended period, you can swap them out as needed. Plus, the ice packs are TSA-approved, meaning I had zero issues bringing them through airport security. Compact and Lightweight – Fits in My Bag Easily I love that this case is small and doesn’t take up much space. At 7.7 x 3.15 x 1.38 inches, it’s compact enough to fit in my purse, work bag, or backpack without any trouble. It’s also incredibly lightweight, so it’s not a burden to carry around all day. Despite its small size, the case holds everything I need. I can fit two insulin pens, some extra needles, alcohol wipes, and a couple of small refills inside. The elastic straps and mesh pocket help keep everything in place, so nothing moves around or gets damaged while traveling. High-Quality Materials – Feels Durable and Well-Insulated The exterior of the case is made of Oxford fabric, which feels sturdy and slightly water-resistant (great for protecting my medication from spills). The interior is lined with thick pearl cotton insulation and an aluminum layer, which helps maintain the internal temperature for longer. The zippers are strong and don’t get stuck, which is something I’ve had issues with in other travel cases before. Perfect for Daily Use and Travel I initially bought this for travel, but I’ve ended up using it almost every day. It’s perfect for carrying insulin to work, on errands, or even just for peace of mind when I’m out for a few hours. If you’re planning a longer trip, I’d recommend bringing an extra ice pack or looking into a slightly bigger model from AUVON, but for daily use and short trips, this size is perfect. Minor Considerations While I absolutely love this case, I do want to mention a couple of things: 1. Cooling time depends on the temperature outside – If you’re in extremely hot weather (90°F+), I’d recommend bringing an extra frozen ice pack just in case. 2. Space is limited – It’s great for 2-3 insulin pens and small supplies, but if you need to carry more, consider a larger size. Final Thoughts – Highly Recommended! Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. The AUVON Insulin Cooler Travel Case is affordable, well-designed, and truly effective at keeping my medication cool for several hours. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and has become an essential part of my daily routine. If you need a portable, TSA-approved insulin cooler that actually works, this is a fantastic choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone managing diabetes who needs a reliable way to store their insulin on the go.

Perfect for traveling with GLP-1s
I have one Zepbound pen that I'll need to keep cool for a long-ish upcoming flight (door-to-door time will be ~8 hours). This size will work perfectly for me. COOLING: I tested the cooling times by freezing the cold packs and just letting the case sit out on my desk. On my actual trip, the case will be wrapped in clothing inside my luggage, so the real-world cooling performance will last a little longer than these times below. - 2 cold packs together kept the case cool for over 9 hours. At the 9 hour mark, the cold packs were soft, but still cool to the touch. By 10 hours, the case was room temperature again. - 1 cold pack kept the case cool for ~7 hours. After 8 hours, it was room temperature. SIZE: This is the smallest size. I could fit one (just one!) pen with both cold packs by stuffing it in the hinge side of the case, outside the mesh pocket (see photo). There isn't enough room for any needles or wipes, so I plan to store those elsewhere in my luggage. If you're willing to remove one cold pack, then there is plenty of room for one pen + supplies. However, that means the case will stay cold for less time (~7 hours instead of ~9 hours). Plan accordingly. OTHER ATTRIBUTES: It's a flexible fabric case with a zipper. It seems like it will hold up to ordinary travel. The dark blue fabric looks true to the pictures. The case, with both cold packs, weighs 9oz (~250g). It's a good size and weight if you're traveling light. If you only need this for <10 hours of travel, and you only have one pen to keep cool, then this size is perfect. Otherwise, get a larger size.

Great Cooler Travel case !
I use this on a recent trip and for 10+ hours it kept my medicine cold. It’s very well constructed with two little ice packs: one on the top and one on the bottom of the zipper container. Great product.
