I find this product very useful as it is made out of jute.The zipper quality is good but the size of the bag is quite small but I don’t mind it.You can use it without fearing it would tear but it is kind of expensive.Overall it is very comfortable and in style

We purchased 3 zouk bags from their outlet at seawoods, Nerul but within few days of purchase the area where straps are connected was torn and we were not able to use it further..at store they told us they can't do anything and no exchange available from their end.
