Had a vacuum sealer that was not sealing properly. Removed the original tape and replaced with this and now it works perfect!

I was having no trouble with my chamber vacuum sealer melting the bags. The manufacturer informed me that the seal bar should have teflon tape on it to prevent this from happening. It was thought to be packaging that needed to be taken off when we received them item, so we tossed it. Instead of ordering a new seal bar, this Teflon tape came to my rescue. It seals perfectly now. The adhesive seems to stick very well. It functions as it should and was very easy to put on. I definitely believe it was worth the money and would but it again.

This review is for the product listed as, “Flexzion High Temperature Teflon Tape - 38mm x 5m (1.5in x16.5 Ft) Fiberglass Fabric PTFE Tape for Vacuum Sealer, Impulse Sealer, Food Packaging, Heat Sealing & Industrial Use." It should be called ribbon, not tape. There is no adhesive on it at all. You get a small amount of very thin fabric and glue does not stick to it so good luck using it.
