This is a great air fryer/oven. I had a Cusinart and it was great, but wanted something a bit bigger to fit larger pans. This works great, and I like the different rack levels and it is very, very easy to use. It does get hot, but it is an oven and it is a bit louder, but not crazy loud. I had the Ninja small product that folds back originally and loved it but it was shallow. Ninja makes great products, I have the Ninja Kitchen system blender/food processor, excellent.

Compré este horno Ninja (Modelo DT501) en julio a través de Amazon y, aunque al principio funcionaba bien, mi experiencia ha sido una pesadilla. Justo después de que se venciera el plazo de devolución de Amazon, el horno empezó a mostrar el código de error ERR0 y dejó de funcionar por completo. Lo más decepcionante no es solo la falla prematura, sino la total falta de soporte: Amazon: Al haber pasado la ventana de devolución, se lavan las manos y te remiten al fabricante. Ninja (SharkNinja): Su página oficial de registro y soporte solo permite direcciones de Estados Unidos. Si vives en Colombia, técnicamente quedas desprotegido. No hay un canal claro para quienes compramos desde el exterior de forma legal a través de Amazon. Calidad: Un producto de este precio no debería fallar en menos de 6 meses de uso doméstico normal. Advertencia para compradores en Colombia y Latinoamérica: No malgasten su dinero en este modelo si no viven en USA. Si el equipo falla (como el mío con el error ERR0), Amazon no te ayudará y Ninja no tiene infraestructura de garantía para nosotros. Ahora tengo un pisapapeles muy caro en mi cocina."

This air fryer heats up so fast. One of the functions that wasn't on our previous air fryer, was being able to change from one function to another, without restarting the air fryer. This function is very useful and a great addition. Cooked 4 chicken breast in a about 20 minutes. Breast were evenly cooked, all 4 breast were the exact same temperature. Even cooking is great. Cleanup was easy. Purchased this on Prime days for $199.00. Normal price $350.00. Highly recommend this Ninja air fryer.

There's a lot to review here! Overall, we are quite happy with the item. There are a lot of pros and some cons. PROS: 1) It's big. It can easily do French Frys for four. 2) It cooks everything evenly. With heating elements located at the top, bottom, and in the back by the fan, there is no need to flip, shake, or rotate. 3) It has two-level cooking; that is, fries can be done in one basket, and chicken nuggets can be done at the same time in another basket or pan. 4) It is relatively quiet. 5) The preheat time is only 90 seconds. 6) Since it's Ninja and has been around for a while, there are some good accessories available. Now for the CONS. There are a few, but they don't distract much from the overall rating, maybe minus one star. 1) The outside stainless surfaces are easily soiled by fingerprints, oil, etc. 2) All of the exterior surfaces get hot!! This is the biggest con in my opinion. 3) The function buttons are a bit hard to read, especially the secondary functions of slice and shade, but I'm 82 years old. 4) The preset functions may or may not be suitable for some users. For example, for a nice brown toast, I need the shade setting at the highest level, 7. The preset setting for bagels at 4 only browns the edge of the bagel. Overall, an excellent unit. Its very large capacity, coupled with its versatility, is outstanding. It cooks, toasts, and airfries everything very evenly once the user finds their preferred setting.

This Ninja air fryer and countertop oven has exceeded my expectations!! Since I started using it, cooking at home has become much easier and faster. I love that it combines 10 functions in one appliance — you can air fry, roast, bake, toast, dehydrate, reheat, and more. It cooks food evenly and gives it that perfect crispy texture. It has an XL capacity, which means I can cook large amounts of food at once. The digital display is very easy to use, and it comes with the perfect accessories for every need. And the best part: meals turn out delicious with up to 75% less fat compared to traditional frying. Healthy and tasty at the same time! I definitely recommend it if you want to cook faster, use less oil, and get amazing results.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. As you can see, I use it as my oven, toaster, air fryer and broiler. My partner and I cook a lot and this item has caught up with us every time! There are times where it was smarter than me and incredibly efficient that I had time to do the dishes while I waited for my partner to be ready to eat! Not only does it perform ALL of its duties, it senses hot items while it’s off and the fan kicks on and cools the pot, pan etc!! I’d recommend this kitchen tool to anyone w space to accommodate it. 10/10
