What kind of milk is used? A1 or A2?

I copy/pasted this answer from the owner on the small size of this same product. "The milk for our ghee comes from grassfed US cows which could be either A1 or A2. Since ghee is pure fat, A1 A2 is not an issue for us. This issue impacts the protein in the milk, and not the fat."

Wonderful product and quality. The one very few ghee I have found that has certified amount and control of casein within. Tastes wonderful. Butterscotch like flavor. Love it. Wish the large size was available too for better value without having to buy two small jars. Great stuff. Please keep making it. Thanks.

Great Substitute for Butter

Tastes good to me, so I can put it on a cracker or eat from the spoon for added fats with less sodium. Highly recommend for Ghee lovers.

Jar received shattered

The ghee itself is very good. One of the two jars in the box was totally shattered. I had to call Pure Indian Foods to get a refund, since Amazon says “not returnable”.
