Absolutely amazing !The kefir grains activated within 72 hrs - I placed them in full fat Jersey Milk left them in the cupboardSecond time around I threw away the kefir produced as its was too sour - however from the third batch onwards absolutely lovely .After giving them fresh milk I leave them 12 hrs outside on room temp - then they go in the fridge to slow the fermentation a bit …

Ended up giving these away as you cannot use Soya milk with them,, but the seller did offer me my money back, they were very helpful, so if your thinking of purchasing some, these people have excellent communication

Small amount of grains, but be patient and everything will be fine
I bought this because my old kefir grains were neglected while I was in hospital for 2 weeks and the kefir I made from them once I was home again tasted very strange and unpleasant. I was rather sceptical about the new grains at first because there was such a small amount of grains in the packet, but I followed the instructions carefully and within a few days I was back on track with normal-tasting kefir and the grains starting to multiply.

Kafir graisn very small nothing like the picture.
Ive had Kafir grains before which were nice and plump unlike these which were small and basically a smear on the packaging. Very disappointed especially as I paid for the 15g size. Wouldn't like to think what the 5g pack would be like.

Healthy milk kefir grains
Very pleased with the 5g of milk kefir grains. Arrived quickly, I followed the online instructions for activation, they were fully activated in 4 days and have already started to grow and multiply.
