Received Faulty Mouse: Stuck DPI Button and Disappointing experience 😑
I purchased a new HyperX mouse, but the DPI button was stuck right out of the box and did not work at all. I didn’t even get a chance to use the mouse and immediately reported the issue. I was advised to contact HyperX customer care for support, but given my disappointment with receiving a faulty product from the start, I would prefer a refund rather than a replacement. I hope this can be processed quickly.

This is the worst mouse I have ever ordered, they are scamming you for the price. The pull tab for the battery is so delicate that it rips in half and doesn’t even come out. It is made of cheap plastic. I would never recommend this to even my enemy! Please save your money.
