Recommended by the nail technician at my local salon as I suffer with very dry brittle nails. I've been using it morning and night as she suggested painting the full nail not just the cuticle and I can see an improvement after just a week my nails seem more moisturised. Good size bottle good price and easy to use. Doesn't have a smell and a little oil goes along way
