Golf Hat Sweat Liners – Reusable Absorbent Pads, No Glue Hold, Trim-to-Fit EVA, Fits Any Hat with a Sweatband, 3-Pack Black

These are the best of what's available for blocking sweat from your hats. You don't have to deal with the useless "tape" that most have and it's reusable so don't let the higher price steer you away. I own enough for all my hats. I remove them if I've sweat a lot and I rinse them with water and set them aside to dry for next wear. So easy. If you wear XL hats like I do these fit PERFECT. If you wear S/M/L "normal" size hats or "one size" adjustable hats, you'll likely want to trim the ends for a better fit. I tuck them in nicely (the hat must have an inner band for these to work) and they never move, even when I remove my hat several times. They've held up for several months now. Also, they are quite comfortable on your forehead, not harsh or scratchy at all. And my hats all look great...NO sweat rings! Along with some Scotchgard I don't worry about stains anymore.

I love this product it not only saves my hats from discoloration it keeps me comfortable during the round. Living in Myrtle Beach the golf capital of the world summers can be brutal. The absorbent quality is excellent and the packaging of three pads is genius as it is perfect for a round of golf swapping the pad every 6 holes provides maximum comfort. I rinse the pads every round and they are dry and ready to go the next day. The quality is excellent, the fit and ease of use is excellent and not having sweat in my eyes makes playing so much more satisfying. I recommend this product to any athlete that wears a hat and values comfort while participating in their sport. FYI - I cut off the white ends which makes the fit more snug in your hat and makes the swapping to a new pad during the round super easy.

I'm very pleased with these hat liners. They are a bit pricey, but since they are washable and reusable they are a decent value. I've always hated it when my hats would get that dark, wet sweat band in front, sometimes so bad that it extended out on to the brim. Though I haven't yet tried these bands out under the most extreme conditions, so far they have managed to keep my hats dry. They absorb a significant amount of moisture, they dry quickly, they are thin enough that my favorite non-adjustable hat still fits with one of these in it, and they stay in place. I don't know if they will perform as well after being washed. If so, my rating will be upgraded to 5 stars.

I'm always on the lookout for ways to help deal with sweat. It's been a constant battle my entire life. I was looking for a sweatband I could use with a ball cap and decided to try these. They helped, but only so much. You can see in the photos they did block sweat in the center of the bill of the cap, but it mostly just diverted off to the sides. They did mostly keep the sweat out of my eyes, which is nice and why I'm still using them, but for the price, they're just not that great a solution. At maybe half the cost or less, I could see getting a bunch of them (I have a lot of hats and rotate them frequently). Keeping sweat out of my eyes is nice. They just don't provide enough value at their current price. For example, the liner in the hat in the photo cost more than the hat did. That's certainly not true with all my hats, but many are cheap because I know I'm going to be hard on them. I mostly wear them to manage sweat, not for fashion. If you had a $40 or $50 hat, these might make sense, although, at least for me, they don't protect the entire hat anyway.

I wear hats for work and wear hats for play. It’s rare for me not to be wearing a hat. My fix has always been to keep the cardboard inside the hat. I hate the sweat ring ruining a new hat: Yes you can wash them but you shouldn’t have to. I was always reluctant to try any liners. Sooo, on Sept 23, 2024 I found myself in a foursome at Dungeness Golf Course in Sequim, Washington with Shape and Swelter owner, Rob Snyder. Rob shared his product and gave me a sample to try during my round. I had the luxury of him making adjustments to my hat during the round by shaving the fitted liner with scissors to make it just right. I was surprised that my hat actually fit better and was more comfortable. When I got home, I tried it in several other hats over the next week to make sure my mind did not change on liking the liner. Rob also had educated me on the cleanliness of his liners vs the cardboard I had been leaving in the hat. I will say where I live the heat isn’t excessive like other places are. For me this is a perfect fix to a routine problem I have encountered. I am happy to pay this small amount for a more comfortable fit that protects the longevity of my purchases.

After lots of research of reviews this product seemed to be the Best solution. I like how you can customize the fit of this product. For my first hat the best fit was achieved by trimming the inside liner (the white part) by about 1/8" this allowed for the black side to come down further toward the edge of the cap. I am sure I am going to appreciate the ability to occasionally remove and wash them. They are much lighter weight than I expected and the inner liner is not a hard plastic like I thought it was but more of a thin foam. Im sure this will help it stay in place. Looking forward to the next hot day to give these a full test. I have a lot of hats so these will allow me to switch them from hat to hat. Cant do that with one that is held in place by adhesive.

This sweat liner was better than I expected and instantly solved a problem I’ve had for years…my hats getting worn out, discolored, and stained from sweat. Would work if the liner got all the way down to the brim.
