Good but still needs Intervention.
This is an excellent purchase if you are looking for a decent robot cleaner. This is perfect for homes with tiles and pets. Please note that you will have to clean the robot once in 3 days as it becomes dirty cleaning your house. The water needs to be filled and the dirty water tank emptied every second day. I have a 3 BHK apartment and it needs refilling of fresh water every alternate day. We use RO water only and it is advised to use RO water only for mopping and avoid tap water as itās harsh and could contain contaminants.When they say itās hands free cleaning, it is to certain extent but you have to service the robot and detangle hair from its brush every 3rd day. The mop washer board gets dirty as well and there is an option to clean it using the app, but you have to do it manually.Sometimes it neglects carpets and climbs on it and keeps mopping on it, inspite of having it set to avoid carpets in the settings.This is a work in progress and it continuously improves features and performance as you use it. The lidar and camera will create map of your home and will keep updating at every run.The good part of this robot is that since it has a RGB camera, it can detect obstacles and avoids collisions using Lidar and Visual imaging. Most robots will collide and then sense the objects. This will however seldom collide with walls and obstacles and will turn around before touching the objects.My only concern is that I keep dodging my office rotating chairs from one corner to the other to ensure that the robot cleans the entire room and places where it cannot reachā¦Also to note is that itās not very cheap to run. There is a definite time frame for all accessories like brush, mop, side brush etc and you will need to replace those parts yourself. The original spares are not cheap and very difficult to procure. However there are some OEM clones but even they arenāt cheap. For example, the mop pad which would last for about 2 months would cost around 1200 bucks for 3 pairs. Thatās about 400 per month. Then you will also need to replace the side brush which may cost 250 and cleaning liquid which is quite expensive . I am yet to try regular Lizol liquid as a replacement of the original floor cleaner.All in all, itās a good alternative to your house helps if you do t have one or having difficulty finding one. But remember itās a machine and will not be perfect. You will have to intervene once in a while to get the same spotless house as you may get with human house helps.

ā ļø Warning: Donot waste your money - Dream L10 Pro Ultra is a Massive Letdown!
The media could not be loaded. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any product and company. I spent almost ā¹50,000 on the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra, expecting quality. Instead, it broke down completely in less than 3 weeks. Let that sink in: A premium-price product, DEAD in just 20 days.But thatās just the beginning of this nightmare. The so-called ācustomer serviceā is a total joke. Every time I called, a new person picked up, gave me useless promises, and then disappeared. I was told again and again that āspare parts are comingā ā weeks have passed and NOTHING has happened. The service agent admitted that either the tyre or the sensor stopped working, but parts are simply āunavailable.ā Even the service manager in Haryana just ignores my calls, and once, customer service people they just hung up on me because they had no answers.The real shock: They can deliver you a brand-new robot vacuum in just one day, but canāt provide simple spare parts even after a month! Clearly, this company does not care about customers once they take your money. I tried everything: calling, following up, sending messages ā I was just wasting more of my time and effort on false promises and zero action.Bottom line: Do NOT fall for this trap. Save yourself money and stress. I will be posting a video showing how this expensive product simply stopped working. If you value your money or your peace of mind, stay away from this company and their products.I demand my money back. But judging by how this company treats customers, I doubt they care at all. I will try my best to spread out the message about the company fraud at all possible social media platform. Let this be a warning!

Good product for day-to-day cleaning.
Vacuum is good.Mopping is decent. Does not clean hard stains to the fullest.Not too noisy.Object recognition is top notch.Overall a good product for day-to-day usage.

Way better than househelp
10 days now that i bought it and since then its working as described. Intelligent cleaning with floor polishing action, dust n dirt is sucked away nicely, carpets are vaccumed well and importantly, you can request service anytime. Overall satisfied and worth the price.

I purchased the DREAME L10S Pro Ultra Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, expecting a premium experience after spending nearly ā¹60,000. Unfortunately, within just one month, the product completely stopped working.Since then, Iāve had an extremely frustrating experience with customer care. Iāve called 5-6 times, and every time I was promised that a technician would come "tomorrow" to pick it up for repairs. That tomorrow never came.This is not what you'd expect from a high-end product. The vacuum cleaner has been lying unused, and there seems to be no real support system in place. I'm starting to seriously question the authenticity of the 5-star reviews ā they might very well be from paid reviewers.Please do not waste your time and hard-earned money on this product. For something this expensive, the quality and service are just unacceptable.
