This was a lifesaver for my curly-haired kiddo on graduation day! The headband kept the cap secure without squishing his curls or messing up his hair. It fit comfortably and stayed in place through the ceremony, photos, and even the celebration afterward. I love that it was designed with natural hair in mind. Highly recommend for anyone with textured or curly hair.

Everyone graduating should buy this!! Its perfect! I graduated from Purdue last Saturday and let me tell you....this made my cap sit perfectly on top of my head and my hair was on fleek the whole time 🙌🏻

This items was perfect for my graduation!! I gave it four stars because this item is such a great idea but could be improved. To make sure everything would be secure i actually put the cap on the plastic piece then hot glued the cap flaps to the plastic piece. I didn’t have to worry about my cap falling off, and i like how it sat on top of my head as if to float. The cap without the plastic piece wasn’t going to work due to my hair and because the graduation cap had to be made for a small child, lol. Im glad i bought this product and that my cap was one less thing i had to worry about!!

I can't say enough good things about this grad cap modifier. It's simple to install and worked perfectly to help my kid not stress about the cap making their curly hair look weird!

The idea and concept seem great. We weren't able to use ours as it arrived damaged. We tried taping it, and it held until we tried to put into the other piece.I'm not sure if it was sent out damaged or if somehow broke in transit. The shipping package looked in tact and not damaged. I opted for a return vs replacement as I wasn't sure if a replacement would make it on time for graduation.(I ordered it short notice)

I was excited to wear it but the headband keeps falling off. I think I need to add clips to keep it sturdy. Not worth $20. The step by step videos helped but it took a while to place it correctly and the headband was still pretty flimsy and kept my cap going backwards. Maybe for a different hair type but not for everyone.

I think this is great’ we bought it for my daughter for her graduation with very thick Curley hair and her cap would not have stayed on as easy! This is such a cool creation and we are excited to hew how well it works on her graduation day!

The idea behind this grad cap headband insert is great, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. The included headband wasn’t sturdy enough to support the weight of the cap. I even tried swapping it out for a stronger headband that still fit the other components, but had no luck. I also attempted to secure it with bobby pins, but that didn’t help either. I wouldn’t recommend this product for anyone with fine or silky hair. It might work better for those with thicker, more textured hair, but it definitely didn’t hold in mine.
