Apple iPhone 15 Pro, 128GB, White Titanium - T-Mobile (Renewed Premium)

I ordered this iPhone 15 Pro 128GB in Blue on a Saturday and I received it on Monday, so very fast shipping. It was packaged well too.The phone arrived in near perfect condition. I only noticed the smallest of scratches on the edge of the screen when I went to install a screen protector; it’s so small I thought it was dust. I don’t notice it when the screen is on. It’s so small I can’t find it again to take a photo to post here! Other than that, the phone is perfect. Battery health is 100% with no cycles, and says it was first turned on in April of this year. Not sure if it was just overstock or if someone used it once and returned it, I have no clue. But I basically got a brand new phone for cheaper than a base 16 model.I was a little worried because I tried buying a “renewed” iPhone 15 Pro last week from Amazon and it showed up not working (it was also from a different company, not BidAllies so it kind of doesn’t apply to this review, just wanted to mention it.) I think the “renewed premium” must be the way to go. To get virtually a brand new phone for a significant price saving is a huge plus. It doesn’t seem to me that anything was replaced either, everything seems stock. I would recommend running a diagnostic out of the box just to be sure everything works before transferring your old phone, but I only say that because the first refurb I got had an issue (again, different seller and listing.)I will definitely be using this company again in the future and appreciate the quality they operate at. I came from an iPhone 11 so this is a pretty big upgrade without breaking the bank. A win-win!! I definitely recommend!!

This iphone 15 pro came in prestine condition. the exterior is flawless, not a scratch or scuff. The Battery Health, i had said to myself i would be happy if it was over 95. But the Battery is 100%! We are so pleased we chose renewed premium. The phone was well packaged in a box that was i little oversized, which i liked because it was not obvious that it was a valuable smart phone. Amazon used their own shipping company and brought it for final delivery by our local usps office. Came promptly in 2 days. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. thank you amazon!

I received an iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered from Amazon. I bought this phone as a gift. We received it sealed and left it that way since it was meant to be a present. I felt so embarrassed when I gave the gift—everyone was so excited, especially the person receiving it. But the phone never turned on.It never turned on—the screen just flickered, like it was trying to power on but kept shutting off. We never even saw the Apple logo. Just the low battery icon. We connected it to the charger it came with, then to an official Apple charger directly, and still, nothing.Unfortunately, the person was left without a gift, and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and explaining what happened. I’m forced to leave a one-star review, though if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.So please be careful. A callout to Amazon and the sellers: at least make sure you’re delivering something of real value. We’re not asking for more than what was paid, but this isn’t even worth zero dollars, it’s unusable.And now, for the return, we have to wait up to 30 business days for a refund. So if you don’t have spare cash on hand, you can’t even make a new purchase or get a replacement right away. The whole return process takes time.The gift itself is no longer meaningful. It’s not just about whether the device works, this entire situation ruins the whole point of giving a gift.I’m sorry to have to write all this, but I felt it was important for others to be aware.

Great phone, in flawless condition. No scrathes on the screen and was in really good shape. Only little gripe is the battery was at 92 which I was expecting around 95 for what I paid. I got a renewed iPad Air that was at 98, so I took 1/2 star off. I guess it’s a roll of the dice, you may get one at 98 or you may get one at 90.

Sold and shipped by Amazon.com when I bought it. Have been using this phone for one month and everything still work perfectly. The battery maximum capacity was 99% when I got it, and there was no dent or any other damages. Good experience!

This was an Amazon (Renewed Premium) refurbished item.The screen was in great shape, the screen, body and rear were free of defects -- except near the USB-C port. The scratching was _very_ minimal.The cleaning of the unit wasn't very detailed. There were "deposits" around the buttons on the side and the camera. The back glass of the unit had a sticker that had been removed, but the surface of the glass clearly showed where it had been.Battery had a cycle count of 326 and was at 93%.Regarding AppleCare, I have read that some others obtained units that qualified -- this one did not. Not sure how that would be possible-maybe a service that could be offered, but then we can purchase from the refurbished store if we want to pay and the item was available.All of the above meets the written criteria of the Amazon Policy -- however I would have expected a better cleaning job. I have frequently purchased apple devices refurbished, generally of better quality and we were a bit disappointed in the lack of cleaning. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if it had been available.So this gets a positive, but mixed review. Things could have been improved -- the pictures show this. The unit works fine and the value of new vs refurbished vs renewed vs used is definitely there. This was a $1699 unit new and we paid ~$859.
