I normally used things like a netti pot to clean is my sinuses twice a day. I found this product online and decided to try it. I was using it twice a day and it is way more efficient that the netti pot or similar products. The suction helps irrigate the water through your nasal passages better that I can breathe better with no water stuck. Another plus is that it is to clean and less messy. Unfortunately, about a month of using it the water pump seemed to stop working. I tried all the troubleshooting that was recommended on their site and nothing seemed to make it work. Thankfully their customer service support was super helpful in helping me figure out if this item could be fixed or needing to be replaced. They were fast at responding to my concerns and were there for me every step of the way! After not being able to use it for a week and having to go back to the netti pot, really made me realize how much better this product has been at cleaning out my nasal passages. I can’t wait for my replacement to get here so I can start using it again!

I was skeptical this would work but decided to try it as I had a perpetual sinus drainage/stuffiness issue. I used it regularly once a day and to my surprise, my sinus got much much better after a week and stayed that way, breathing got a lot easier. Definitely a fan and I recommend it. My unit's hand held piece developed a problem, I stopped using it and now my sinus problem is back. However, the vendor has been prompt in responding to my email and has offered to send out an upgraded replacement. Will update rating and review again once I receive it and try it out.

Hands down the greatest sinus relief gadget I've tested. I suffer from seasonal allergies, for every season. On a good day when I'm just at home, I just have mild mucus issues. But it's the holiday season, and I've been visiting family's homes with pet allergens that really gets the nasal nonsense running full tilt. It's a medical marvel that I can simultaneously have a stuffy nose and a runny nose. I've used other cheaper saline rinse items, from the simple plastic squeeze bottle to a device that looks like a waterpik but for your nostril. With these products, I often struggled to really get things cleared out, and sometimes even came out with worse congestion issues as saline water got stuck somewhere. Finally decided to grab this thing on sale, and it is so worth the cost. It's been so long since I've had fully cleared sinuses. The combination of water and suction really does assist in making it easier to use and doing a better job of cleaning out the gunk. And it's been especially great with cleaning out the sinuses after a visit to a home with pets so that my allergies subside much much faster compared to suffering for upwards of 24 hours after leaving.

I’ve just received my order and unfortunately the product appears to be used. The machine was unwashed and shows clear signs of previous use. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new.

The NasalFresh MD device we bought for my husband was working great and he was so happy with the results as he has had sinus issues for many years and was finally getting some relief. After about 3 months, it stopped working. My husband asked me to do something about it. I'm afraid I'm not as tekkie as he thinks I am and I couldn't get the device to work even though it had a full charge. So I contacted the NasalFresh MD customer service by email. I received an auto reply that they had received my email immediately and another email from Customer Service the very next day. The agent, Magda, was very pleasant and understanding and asked if I could send a video to help them figure out what was happening with the unit. I sent it right away and the next day she sent me another email explaining that they would send us their latest model to replace my husband's device and advised me that we don't need to return his unit. We had purchased a unit for me which works perfectly and I haven't had any problems with mine. It helps my breathing and I love it. We also recommended it to my brother-in-law to help with his sinus problems. He bought one and uses it regularly and has no complaints. We are so grateful for the great service NasalFresh MD’s Customer Service has provided to us and for taking care of this so quickly. They said they wanted to give us the 5-star experience and they certainly have gone above and beyond to do that. The first unit I received was defective, as it would neither pump nor suction the solution. I had charged it for nine (9) hours before trying to use it. It was returned for a refund, which I received back in excellent time. I reordered the item, and the replacement unit has worked flawlessly since I first used it. I initially charged this replacement unit for a bit longer (about 12 hours) than the recommended 8 hours for its initial charge after unpacking the unit. I have been using it once a day for the past week, and still working great without recharging the battery. I will continue using it until the unit stops pumping, then try the three-hour minimum charging sequence, and then repeat using it without charging between uses to see how long it will operate using the minimum three-hour recharge cycle specified by the manufacturer's instructions. As for the nasal treatments, my extreme congestion is easing as the treatment progresses. It is so much easier to breathe through my nose now, and I expect things to improve further as I continue the daily treatments. Currently in the second week of nasal treatments, and the congestion has now diminished considerably. Still working gret on the initial battery charge. A great product and very pleased with the machine's performance.
