UPDATE: I’ve changed my rating to five star. The company immediately reached out to me and provided resolution. I received new bags of the product and it is perfect and delicious in my morning brew. Customer service was kind and polite. I will certainly continue using this product and recommending it. Well done! (Original issue: Two of the 5 bags I’ve ordered tasted fine. The other three have been horribly bitter. First bag good, reordered. Second bag yuck, but just tossed it because the price was low enough. My friend who uses it all the time encouraged me to buy again. Third bag good, so I bought the two-bag option as I always keep at least one back-up of products I use so I don’t have to think about running out. My mistake was not opening one until the return window closed. It has been on my shelf in an air conditioned home since April. AWFUL tasting, both bags. So I can’t return it and will now look for another option. I liked this when the taste was good, and the price is certainly good. My friend has not had this problem, so maybe she’s getting it from another warehouse? (She’s in AZ, I’m in GA.))

I love the taste of this. It’s slightly sweet. Has all great ingredients and mixes well into my coffee when I use my frother. I mix, warmed heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and clove powder into my cup BEFORE adding the coffee, as I am mixing the cream and the spices with my frother, I have the mushroom powder ready in my other hand in the spoon to sprinkle into the cream so that it doesn’t clump. Otherwise it will clump. And then I add my coffee and stir. It’s so good. I’m definitely addicted. 😏 the only negative I would say about this product is it doesn’t list how much of each ingredient you’re getting. That would be good to know. I just bought some lions mane powder to add, so that I can make sure I get enough of that. Lord knows I need it for my brain. 😋 one more thing I will say is, the second package I received of this did not taste like the first one. It tasted extremely bitter, almost like it was burnt. I was able to contact Amazon directly and they refunded it. I ordered another and it was delicious like the first bag was. So just be on the lookout and be aware of that. it should not taste bitter at all.

I have been taking this supplement along with my husband for more than 6 months now and we absolutely loved it the first two bags were phenomenal. They tasted great we mixed it with our coffee and his protein shake and couldn't taste anything it made the coffee taste better if anything... However the last bag I just bought I put into my tea and my coffee like I normally do and two days in a row it was so bitter I vomited within minutes of talking the first few swallows. It was unusually bitter almost an acetone taste to it. I tried for a week straight to call the company support line to ask them if there was a problem with the batch if there was any way I could get it traded out for a new batch anything, I even went to their website and filled out the customer support form and left all my information. I still cannot get through on their phone line and it just keeps ringing and ringing and I get automated message and still have no response back to the message I left customer support on their online form. I loved the first two bags but I will not be buying this again I have wasted $20 on a bag I had to throw out because my husband is so used to putting it in his protein shakes that when he went to put it in his protein shake he got sick and I just don't want it around on my counter where I'm going to instinctively grab it to put it in my drinks. I would love to stay with this brand but not if their batches are so inconsistent that I don't know if I'm going to be wasting the money and throwing the whole bag away or if it's actually going to be a decent batch that time and after reading many reviews on here I am not the only one getting inconsistent batches that are ungodly bitter.

Love this! I can put it in my water, smoothies or make as a tea. Probably could go in coffee too, I'm not a coffee drinker. Mixes well. It's improved my, focus, mood & energy. It's part of my daily routine.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating, but I believe I may have gotten a bad batch. It smells sour when I open the bag, and the taste just seems really off to me. I'm sure if I tried a better batch I'd probably really enjoy this product, as I love functional mushrooms and all that they have to offer.

I have been buying this product for many months and was happy with it because it was good and a little less expensive than my previous brand. However, I must have received a bad batch, literally tasted like chemicals. I have reached out via email to the company, seeing there were some others that had this same experience at the same time I did, but no reply from them. It's unfortunate because I would have liked to continue to use them if it were a one-off situation with the mushrooms being used at that time, but I cannot justify paying for something I cannot use due to quality change and getting no response about it. I've even kept the unused package to send back but am tired of looking at it laying around... wish I could get a reply.

I mix it with almond milk and touch of honey and it tastes great and makes me sleep like a baby. I really like it and would buy it again.
