Battery replacement
It was easy to install because I was able to find a video on YouTube which went step by step. Hardest thing was finding the right sized screwdriver

DOA and would not charge
In short I have clearly received 2x defective batteries in a row. I had two orders, of this item, original and replacement order. Both times the batteries arrived completely dead. Both times the battery voltage on arrival measured 0.00 mV. To put things in perspective, respective mV voltage is even higher if a human is holding the leads of a voltmeter, both of these batteries arrived dead as stone. Never the less I attempted to charge them in the alarm panel, but both of them has made it only to about 5.6 V after 48 hours inside the panel. Actually I have even left the second one in the panel to charge for 72 hours, because I really wanted it to work and really wanted to keep it. Still NO, even after 72 hours the voltage never climbed above 5.6 V. To recall the Voltage of this battery should be 7.2 V. This battery has never achieved that and of course as a result the alarm panel could not and did not work properly and just continued to show a low battery error. By the way, our alarm panel is tested and working 100% well, with it's old, original battery. So it is not the alarm panel that is defective, these batteries are defective. In addition, I have also verified the charging voltage in the alarm panel and it is the proper and sufficient voltage. So what to do going forward, how can we find a battery that works for our alarm system? If you know how to solder or know someone who can do it for you, DIY may be the answer as follows: I did some more research and discovered that the battery type of the batteries inside this battery pack is "7/5AF". I was thinking I could just buy these 6x individual 7/5AF batteries and build my own battery pack with it. However, these 7/5AF batteries are apparently only available in the UK and China (at least online I could not find them anywhere else). However even online, I could not find any reference build date for any individual 7/5AF. Discouraged about finding 7/5AF batteries, I decided to build a battery pack with fresh AA batteries. These 7/5AF were rated 3700 mAh each, while these days we can easily find AA batteries with 2500 mAh and more. So I bought a 6x AA battery holder (from Amazon) and some rechargeable high capacity AA batteries (also from Amazon) and I built my own DIY version of battery pack with it, by reusing the panel connector of my old/installed battery pack. This DIY rechargeable AA conversion will of course have the additional advantage that in case in some distant future another battery replacement is needed, regular AA rechargeable batteries should be plenty available as replacement. In addition, I have noticed that even many of the newer alarm panels continue to use the same 6x in-row AA rechargeable battery arrangement, so even in case of an alarm panel upgrade, this DIY 'investment' should serve well for many years to come.

perfect fit
Perfect fit for our Honeywell 5200 alarm system. It was easy to to install and it is the right capacity for panels that have both the WiFi and cellular backup cards installed.

This battery was needed for our alarm system and was half the cost of the same from a local security contractor
