I got this particular scooter, the P1 because it was what I could afford. I did research scooters but came back to this one. I’m 62 on a limited income. I got this for portability to hiking areas and in store use. I have low back issues and can only walk a few blocks before pain sets in. I recommend this scooter and you could even spend a bit more on the scooters they have with bigger batteries and longer distances. I live with my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter loves using this scooter, she’s 30. My 4 year old granddaughter stands on the scooter and holds on to the handle bars and we rider her around. Everything was well packaged, easy to put together. We used our car air pump for the tires. This scooter does great on flat surfaces, but will go up small slopes, and needs wider room to turn. Easy to balance on like a bicycle. Seat is padded and the larger size is good. Frame is very sturdy. Brakes and shocks are excellent. Throttle works fine and really goes. Have gotten several compliments on the scooter. We will be getting another and looking into battery power packs. The front and back lights are a great plus. I do wish it had turn signals. Buy one and go have fun, don’t forget helmets if you need one.

Caroma Company has Bad customer service there are no live persons all emails then they stop those too.you can talk with. The bike came scratched and I just wanted a replacement but then the tire started to wobble and squeaking. I asked them to send me a label to send back the scooter. But it wasn’t prepaid which is unfair. Ups wanted to charge me $189.00 to ship back. Amazon said they would reimburse but who has money to toss like that I had already paid to have the scooter shipped $140.00. A Amazon Rep told me I will refrain from saying his name. Said these Chinese sellers are bad. Amazon is at fault too. For knowing this about this sellers and keeping them keeping them. I am entitled to full reimbursement from seller or Amazon. There is no communication with the seller. Not sure if they would be honest about receiving the package. Don’t do it!! please gave it 1 star because it’s fun to ride. But make a good choice. Thank you

Grandson Bday present and it was a hit. The new teenager loves it. Great speed. Lights are bright.

If you are on the fence about this scooter, get it! This thing is fun for all ages. First off, any tools needed are supplied which was super helpful because I didn’t have to go searching for the right ones in the garage. Once it was all set to go I was amazed at how much fun it was to drive. There is next to no learning curve, it really is very easy. There is very good pick up on it and goes plenty fast. The handling is very responsive. I love how well built this scooter is. It seems to be very durable due to the build quality. Also, the battery is very long lasting. The basket on the back it very convenient to carry along anything you might want or need. This thing is a blast. I wish I had this scooter sooner!

All is good so far after 3 days of people from 120 pounds to 240 pounds and climbed a few steep hills on the back road. Hope i can say the same a year from now.

Super fun. Great for camping and riding around the neighborhood. I'm 5'9 250 and it cruises with me on it. Goes up inclines fine loses some power on steep incline but gets it done. I don't believe the range it claims but I would say without a doubt you will get a solid 8/10 miles on a charge. Longest I have rode 6 miles and still had battery left when I was done. For the price you can't go wrong with this. I bought 2 and now my neighbor is ordering 2.1200watt p5

If you get this spring for the bigger battery, after only four miles the was a drastic performance drop in its already lackluster torque. The full suspension feels great, and the size is alright. During my test ride the scooter average about 8mph, and i had to kick up hills.
