Small nearly empty bags
The chips are delicious but the bag is small and came practically EMPTY! That’s a photo right after I opened it. Very disappointed because we bought this at Costco before and the bag was full!

Healthy, Salty, Crunchy & Yummy
These are delicious. I have severe food allergies & intolerances & most of the plantain chips are made with palm olein which I am severely allergic to. I was beyond happy to find these made with coconut oil. Many people are complaining about them being too salty, but Himalayan Pink Sea Salt is much more salty than regular (not good for you) table salt. It may be more salty, however it is so much healthier & if you give it a little time, you will adjust to the delicious taste. So healthy & a wonderful treat for those of us who want a little crunch & healthy salt now & then. I'm so thankful for this company & these plantain chips that get better with every bite!

loaded with iodized salt & bad oils, and like biting through leather
I've searched for plantain chips that aren't tasteless, loaded with iodized salt & bad oils, and like biting through leather. These are AMAZING! As someone who experiencing thyroid issues, I deeply, deeply appreciate the Himalayan Sea Salt because I can't have cheap iodized salt, which is on SO many other snack foods, even the "healthy" brands. I also do not eat toxic vegetable and seed oils, and these are the first I've ever had that are made with coconut oil, which is safe at high heats, unlike the other oils that are used to bake & fry other snacks, which become toxic with heat. There are only 3 ingredients, so totally Paleo and Whole30 friendly. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! The texture is amazing too. They are like a very thick potato chip, but not tough and dried out (thank you coconut oil) which I'm sure is created by the ripples -- again, never seen a plantain made so tasteful. My 2-year-old loves these too, and I don't feel like they're unsafe because they're actually easily chewed. Yay!

The Most Pure, Tasty and Health Way To Go Paleo and the More Restrictive AIP Diet
I am amazed at not only how good the chips taste, but how pure they are in terms of using real lime, parsley and salt for the taste and not relying on citric acid like so many other products do, which means it is good on so many levels. First of all, it is definitely Paleo for those who want to follow that eating format. However, I was looking to go beyond that and try the AIP (auto-immune protocol diet) and this definitely falls in line with that. I have always had a bad stomach and thought I could not eat acid foods, but pure lime, without the citric acid, seems to really work to aid my digestion and the fact that lime is one of those foods that works to balance your body's ph to a more neutral or basic level is likely why I feel so good since eating on this diet and specifically having these chips daily. It does not seem to put on any pounds in case you are worried about that aspect and in fact I have had to eat more to compensate for being on a true AIP diet. The bottom line is that this product may wind up being a life saver, so I would definitely recommend giving it a try and if you don't like the taste right off the bat, then mix it in with your food and it will give the overall dish an enhanced flavor!

an acquired taste
Okay...first bite I was like "Nope". I thought they were too salty and limey, which is saying something because I love strong flavors, and I also thought they were too hard/thick. I rolled up the bag, put a rubber band around it, and put it in the pantry. Then I found myself going to the trouble of getting the bag back out and having a couple more bites, then putting it away, then getting it back out...over and over and over until I'd eaten half the bag. Which is to say that these are an acquired taste. I had a similar experience the first time I had kombucha (my first impression was "garbage bag leakage"). Anyway, I quite like these now, and so does my family. And I REALLY appreciate the fact that they are organic. To my knowledge, they are the only commercially available organic plantain chips. It may take a while for these to get off the ground, but like kombucha, I think they will have a lot of fans. But if you have a conservative palate, you probably won't like these until/unless everyone else gets on board with them.

Good quality and taste in plantain chips
Tried these at the recommendation of an acquaintance on the same AIP diet program I am on for the next 5-7 months for my health. I was missing crunchy foods. These hit to spot for that. They are a bit pricey but worth it. The ingredients for this flavor are excellent quality and complaint on the AIP diet. Not all the flavors are. I didn't know if these would taste like bananas and wasn't sure I would like that in a chip. They don't really. They taste like other vegetable chips I have tried but are a bit more flavorful and crunchy than some of those I have tried. Will order again and recommend this brand and this specific flavor.

Favorite chips, but expenseive
I was so bummed when Costco stopped selling these, it was so much cheaper to get this from there. Overall, they are my favorite chips for the time being. They are extra hard, if you like that style of chip. Sort of a similar texture to thick cut taro or cassava chips. They are on the salty side, but I really enjoy these, definitely hard to stop eating them! They are a 5 star product in my opinion, just the Amazon price is high.

Too salty!
The salt was overbearing. Way, way, way to salty! I tried a chip from all three bags and it was the same.First time trying plantain chips from a bag and it was not what I was expecting! Threw them all out. =/
