This item arrived leaking and with a damaged lid. It is not returnable and I can’t find out how to request a replacement. Help?

Very expensive!!! One bottle costs $14.99. And the picture shows the bottle should come with coffee cup & spone. However it didn't. Just one bottle!!! And one bottle costs a few dollars in grocery!!!
