Good value for money and great for the project I wanted to use this for. Easy to work with and comes in a nice little zip bag for storing if you don’t need it all at once.

Amazon listing is actually dangerous & could cause the cable to melt, cause a fire, short circuit or electric shock. It either needs to be withdrawn or the listing amended It states suitable for Mains - which in the UK is 240v. The pictures on the listings show “Electric Cooker” & “Electric Kettle” - yeah, use for that & youre going to burn your house down or get a life threatening electric shock!! I needed a run of 12v cable, so I knew exactly what I was buying. It’s cheap Chinese rubbish. Poor quality, thin & definitely not copper. Fine for what I needed, but do NOT use for UK 240v mains But it really needs to withdrawn with it’s current description

This product states it xan be used with mains electric, for chandeliers table lamps, but having checked with a professional, it is not suitable for 240v! Misleading and maybe unsafe!
