Complete Illustrated Guide to Joinery, The

This is another high quality book that I have bought for my hobby and I cannot recommend this enough. It is packed with useful information, diagrams, pictures and text that have taken my skills along in leaps and bounds.

Joinery (the book)was exactly as I was hoping when I ordered. There is all kind og joinery for people who are woodworking. Every joinery are shown with ways to do. Handmade, router, tablesaw or bandsaw. It gives you a choice which is remarkble. Good luck to you too. Torben Johansen

This is a good reference for beginners and experienced woodworkers alike, and often gives me new ideas on how to complete something. I did browse the entire book, reading in detail only sections that interest me, then when I undertake a new project, I browse through to see if there is something new I could try, or that would suit my project better, and nearly always find something. Also great as a reference when I know what joints I want, and just need to make sure I've considered everything. Sometimes I think "Yes, but exactly HOW did you do that", although I can usually identify what I want from the book and look details up online if I really need to. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have the potential to make lots of different joints.

A typically lavish Taunton Press book with many excellent illustrations in colour throughout. The author gives many practical tips and every conceivable joint is covered in this comprehensive guide.

Good clear instructions, well illustrated. A joinery shop/ shed essential.

Excellent book has helped me remember from school how to cut certain joints and introduced some new ones to advance my joinery skills.
