Amazing packaging. Came frozen and packaged well. Tea box was inside styrofoam clad larger box with dry ice packaging (including details on disposing dry ice packs) to keep food frozen. You can put in freezer to keep longer, fridge or defrost to eat when want. Cakes were moist, very tasty and Beautifull. We warmed the Scones before eating and were scrummy with the cream and jam. Tea good quality. Well worth the price and far better than normal afternoon tea boxes for only a few pound more. Well worth trying as a superb gift which is what ours was.

I sent this to a friend for her birthday. it arrived early in the morning. Although I wasn’t a witness to the product, both she and her partner said it was beautifully presented and good quality food. From their feedback, I would order again.

Lovely selection delicious was sent as a gift and thoroughly enjoyed

First of all this was packaged amazingly well and arrived looking perfect, the only problem was the ice bags had worked a little too well and the clotted cream arrived frozen. Everything was delicious and the cakes were very moist. The only downsides were the scones were extremely small and slightly more jam and cream wouldn't go amiss.

Arrived the next day! Everything was beautiful & the cakes were delicious + fresh. Great value for money.

I ordered Patisserie Valerie’s Amazon Afternoon Tea delivery as a special Mother’s Day treat at home for my wife, who is currently bed bound after suffering a devastating accident. I wanted to bring a little joy to her day with something indulgent and thoughtful – instead, it turned into a huge disappointment.The cakes arrived in a shocking state: completely mishapen, stale, and clearly gone off. There was no ice or cooling packaging whatsoever to keep the items fresh. For a company of this reputation, that’s frankly unacceptable.When I contacted customer service, I was told the batch had finished – and that was it. No refund, no replacement, not even an apology. Just a cold, dismissive response that left us feeling even more let down.This was meant to be a special gesture during a very difficult time, and Patisserie Valerie utterly failed to deliver – both in product quality and in basic customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, especially not for an occasion that matters

This hamper arrived so quickly and was packed exactly like the picture with the quality of each item being incredibly packed to not receive any damage in shipping. These items were a huge hit, and a great birthday gift!
