Nice portable unit
Had to go to Verizon store for a SIM card (was no charge). They activated it and it works well for my security cameras.

Verizon cannot activate this.
As of day 1, I cannot get this to provide a good wifi signal. It displays a 5G signal, and I can access the parameters, but the wifi is dead inside. According to Verizon, this unit cannot be activated. This is problematic, since the service provider is Verizon, and the SIM card is Verizon. As of the moment, I am being told that Verizon cannot activate this TCL unit This is a big problem..
