Super sharp and nice quality, really like the paka wood handle, the bolsters and the balance of these knives. The bolsters and handles are ergonomic and feel nice even after extended periods of use.I had a chef knife and santoku knife from this set - I used at for culinary school, it got me through a lot of slicing, chopping and made it through many dips in sanitizer. They are much sharper than the Fibrox Victoria Knox set I have but a bit heavier.I liked them so much I bought this set for my house .

Great knives!! Super sharp and have amazing weight balance. Really good finish. Obviously, these are hand wash only. No big deal to me as knives should never be put in a dishwasher, but I know many folks who this is a deal breaker so just be aware before purchasing. Chefs knife so far has kept a great edge. Also, love the steak knives…feels so good in the hands and cuts marvelously. Would definitely recommend this set

These are very sharp and a really nice set. The corners of the blades at the handle are so sharp I have cut my finger open one to many times.I am giving 4 starts because of the design at the back corner of the blades. I am used to rounded or straight blades at handle. I am afraid to let others use them. 🤦‍♀️

Great, well balanced and very sharp

I purchased this knife set and just received it and one of the knives has three chips missing in the blade very disappointed. Tried contacting someone with nobody getting back to me. I would like to get this blade replaced with a new one as they are very expensive.

Knives are sharp and good quality. I have had them for 5 months now and still pleased with my purchase.
