A Pocket Knife
Not gonna lie, I bought it because it was green and had a flashlight.I read the negative reviews before purchasing this item, and honestly a lot of the negativity was about the flashlight not working or unable to use the magnesium strike. Which I feel might just be user error. The flashlight does work, the knife came with not one but four batteries for the light. At first I thought the light required all four, but I tested it with just one and it seems to be fine. There is a small thin plastic cover in the light where battery is placed. If you do not remove it well it will not work. The light is fine for if you need one, but not something I would use to wonder around a large area with. The magnesium strike does work you just use the serrated portion of the knife, while applying pressure just stroke away from you for the sparks. There appears to be an ebony coating around the magnesium itself, so it will take a few strokes before you are able to generate a spark or simple scrape it down with your blade. My only gripe with this, is there are no purchasable magnesium refills that I could find for this knife at time of review. Not why it gets a four star. The reason I am giving this knife a four star is for the precision tip or a.k.a glass breaker. You'll have to hold it and use it yourself to understand the reason. I would recommend wearing gloves if you're testing it out, of course in an emergency situation this wouldn't be a thought. The seat-belt blade is great, I have had some of those cheap spring assisted knifes that just use the knife blade as the cutter, but this is a separate blade. The knife is not ambidextrousI have not tried to sharpen the knife yet. Can't say anything about this topic. The knife has a good weight to it, feels really durable something I was not expecting for the price and to my surprise there was no play on the blade. When it locks it feels locked. Since the blade is not spring assisted I'm not worried about the blade coming out in my pocket when I go to sit down.I have a pretty good feeling that my knife was a returned item and shipped to me as new. The box the knife was in had been previously opened and damaged, as well as scuff marks being on the knife handle itself. I'm not including this as a reason for the star review just something to keep in mind. I'll be getting it dirty myself, just wanted to be the first one to do so. I don't really purchase prescuffed items.

Love this knife.
Had bought this knife on a whim for my youngest nephew who’s 13. Upon opening the knife and doing review reviews, we have confirmed, but it actually does come with the battery and the light actually works very well. You just have to remove the little black cover. You just gotta make sure you actually have it on the knife as sharp as for the bottle opener he says that it’s better to catch on your pocket if positioned right and use it to just flick open the knife. The magnesium starter works as well. We had to consult some of the reviews about using the serrated part of the knife.

Per dollar, awesome buy
First off, great budget purchase. Second - This is NOT my EDC - it IS NOT (shouldn't be anyways) meant as a primary bushcraft/camp knife. Not for battoning wood, or building a house on the prairie. The blade comes sharpened, the little flashlight in it works excellent for it's size (if you are smart enough to open it and remove the black contact liner) and even comes with a backup set of batteries (easy to lose, look out)The cheap nylon belt pouch is... Cheap. The knife is to small to fit it well, but the box it comes in, does fit. This is not a bad thing actually, it leaves a bit of space for adding a few extra, small items (like a sharpening rod/small stone, a small lighter, a bit of bank line, etc) I plan to keep this in a pack, not on my belt anyways. The pocket clip would be better for carrying all the time, in my opinion. The little Ferro rod is... Little. I assume it works like most of it's kind, I haven't stripped the outer layer off to waste it yet. One of my only complaints really, is the silly "bottle opener" cut out on the spine of the blade. It already has the sorta "seatbelt/ropecutter" tool along with the glass breaker at the bottom of the grip that would handle that just fine. Since it comes with a ferrorod/firestriker, a continuous, 90° spine for the blade would seem more helpful, and stronger. Maybe it saves them 2-10¢ per blade of material? The action to open it, is slightly stiff; as a new knife should be. It's clearly not a flipper, nor does it suggest it is - the thumb stud works fine. Ergonomics are not ideal, but most combos that add gimmicks (like flashlight/firestarter) are not. It does sit in the hand just fine though. All in all - (for the price especially) 5 stars. Useful, portable, it does everything I expect it to as backup, utility item in a pack, or car console.

Not too bad knife
Not a bad knife, the quality is ok and I like it…BUT I gave it 3 stars for the ridiculous bottle opener on the blade talk about a weak spot. But the knife is good enough that I will get a lot of use out of it
