Worth the purchase
Very fun game. Complex so not recommended for younger kids. The pieces are well made and it was fun to play cooperatively with and against friends.

Fun deck builder
Very cute game with great art. Pretty simple to learn. Gameplay varies a ton with the different factions too. Cards feel sturdy and probably won't need sleeves.

Should you get this expansion?
Excellent expansion, i wish there was another even after this. Cards are fun and very different playstyles between wind and sand. Extremely fun shop elementals in this expansion! Only issues in terms of long time play will find sand being a bit less interesting to play as/against. Simply put, the design of erosion damage does not utilize the core mechanics of the original game and its attack commands very well. Thankfully the wind attacks are a perfect utilization of them! Even knowing the sands flaws id definitely still buy this. All in all a great expansion that has a lot of love behind it and cute characters. P.S The mandrill card is hilarious!!

A Strategic and Fun Deck-Builder with Adorable Art!
I recently picked up Command of Nature by Unstable Games, and it’s been a blast to play! As a fan of their previous titles like Unstable Unicorns, I was excited to dive into this strategic deck-building card game, and it mostly lived up to my expectations. The gameplay is engaging and surprisingly deep for a game that’s accessible to kids, teens, and adults. I love the concept of choosing a Sage from one of the four elemental factions (Twig, Leaf, Droplet, Pebble), each with unique abilities that add variety to every match. The tactical formation system, where you position your Elementals in a pyramid shape, adds a layer of strategy that makes every turn feel meaningful. Deciding how to spend your 4 Action Points, whether to summon, attack, or shop the markets keeps the game dynamic and forces you to think ahead. The artwork is a huge highlight; the cute animal and nature-themed cards are vibrant and charming, making every card visually delightful. My only gripe, which keeps this from a 5-star review, is that the factions could feel a bit more distinct. By the end of the game, your deck is heavily influenced by market purchases, which can dilute the unique flavor of your chosen faction. Also, while the rules are intuitive, they might be a tad complex for younger players new to deck-building games, despite the 10+ age rating. Overall, Command of Nature is a fantastic addition to any tabletop collection, especialy if you enjoy strategic card games with a touch of whimsy. It’s re-playable, fun for 2 or 4 players, and perfect for game nights with friends or family. Highly recommend for those looking for a fresh take on deck-building!

An extremely fun game
This is a hidden gem of a game. It is fairly simple, with a complexity that can be uncovered after playing a few times.

Strategic kid game fun for adults too!
Played two games with 8 year old son and one game with 10 year old daughter. First game took over an hour due to learning curve, but subsequent games were around 30-45 minutes. During the second game, our son was able to play independently without much assistance. Both kids want to play again soon, and it was a game I as an adult enjoyed. Have not tried out the 2 player v 2 player mode, but that will be something we try in the future. Seems to have good replayabillity with 4 different factions to choose from.

Los nuevos personajes son muy bonitos y me encanta el efecto de la arena, pero pueden estar un poco desequilibrados. Si se juega entre 4, recomiendo que cada equipo tenga uno de los nuevos personajes.

Every person who likes board games needs to own this. I'm sorry there's nothing else to be said. The first time my friend introduced me, we played for 6 hours straight... And then there's 2v2

If you like doing proper Pokemon battles or any kind of card play come to that then you’re probably more suited to this. Only even numbers can play which is a shame because there’s 3 game players so one has to sit out. Took a while to get the hang of it! Not really for me but my son loves it.
