Bassizo made every effort to make with happy with my purchase, they quickly shipped a replacement watch at no additional cost. This is a great smart watch with a ton of features. It is quite rugged and I am extremely pleased with it's performance. The battery is long lasting. The only caveat is you should not wear it when going in to the water for swimming. Great Seller and excellent product. Buy with confidence!Initial Review:I loved this watch for some time now. It had zero issues in the shower. I went in the pool for the first time and it began to vibrate. I checked it and the watch was dead. It continued to vibrate all night long until the battery died in the morning. The watch is now totally dead. So, if you have this watch don’t wear it in the water and you should be good.

I'm typically skeptical over products like a "smart watch" for the price tag that it had; however, I took a risk and bought it anyways. Upon arriving, I was totally blown away. Every aspect of the package was shocking. All the way from the box that it was housed in, to the tool they provided, and of course the quality of the watch itself. I immediately traded out the rubber band with the black stainless band that came with it. The tool they provided made removing links easier than any other watch tool I've used in the past.All that said, the only con I did find, was the setup instructions. They were muddy to say the least given the number of features this watch has. So, being the crafty guy I am, I googled for a setup with the exact model number and there was a YouTube video explaining every step. So, the con for the setup instructions is easily remedied.The functionality and features were a little tricky at first in regard to navigating through them; however, after a few minutes I had them down pat and have loved using this watch since.I would highly recommend this watch for anyone looking for a smart watch that's first of all, an awesome looking watch, but also functions just as good as an Apple Watch at a fraction of the price.

Great watch with all included functions. Love the ability to raise arm and watch turns on. Good battery life.Great big screen and works perfect for my senior dad so he can always get his calls from his mobile phone.However, the display screen options are awful.

This has to be hands down the cheapest watch I ever bought. The metal band feels like I can snap it with little to no effort. The flash light it’s self is bright but being at the front hand makes it’s absolutely useless for any kind of walking. The screen doesn’t turn on when you tap it but when you flick your wrist it might flash or stay on for like 5-10 seconds. Do not buy this watch under any means.

Build seems pretty sturdy. The app could use some better features compared to some others. It's got nice weight to it and does not feel or look cheap. The battery life is very good. I can go over 2 weeks on a charge and that's using 3 alarms a day on strong vibrate, all the notifications and having it on very bright display. The interface is pretty easy to use, got it all set up and figured out without even needing to look at the instructions. My only real gripes is that the step counting and sleep tracking functions are way wonky and very inaccurate quite a bit more than they are accurate sadly. I had an old off brand 15 dollar tracker that was far more accurate than this watch and the charger for this watch is some goofy charger that if you lose or break it will most likely have to buy another from them. It's not just a regular charging port.

After an initial "fluke", seller provided a replacement watch. Watch is functioning as described and exceeding my expectations. My personal experience has to do with charging and may or may not have been an isolated incident, but with guidance from Amazon customer care and clarification with seller a replacement was offered to me without too much hassle. I am very Happy with purchase and recommending without any reservations. (Looks like scratches in the picture but it's not)This watch....is AMAZING!!! The battery life on this watch is insane. I've not had to charge this watch in a week and it charges really fast. The screen is definitely scratch proof. I've hit this watch doing everyday stuff and have not had a scratch on it. The call features on this watch with the app is awesome. I can literally talk from this watch. Checking messages is also a nice feature, but to be able to text from it to go along with the ability it has to make phone calls would make this watch that much better. Overall, it does what you want in a watch that's not a Samsung Watch, or Apple Watch. Its probably the best budget alternative you can get. The only feature that's missing is the ability to send text messages. That's it. It can do everything else. If you want a decent smart watch that ticks 95 percent of the features, this is the watch to get.
