Doesn't Work in Practice
The ice completely melts after about 90 seconds on the coldest setting in winter. It just doesn't hold enough ice, and if it could, the container would fall on your head. If you're interested in ice showers, go to the gas station for a bag of ice and take a bath instead.

Great product- short cold shower
Great product. Relatively easy to assemble and it does provide really cold showers. Only downside is the ice really last for about 30 -40 seconds…

Love this!!!
The ice shower bucket bath is great if you are wanting to get all of the advantages of a cold plunge but not looking to pay the expensive price. This is a perfect work around.

Strap missing. Unusable
Product arrived without straps and now it says the product is unavailable.

A+ idea
This is a genius idea. I have a similar version that allows this a bit more portably, almost like a camping shower but geared for ice use. This one is great for home showers for people who don't have an ice bath or simply cannot sustain them due to mobility or sensory issues. Gives a better therapeutic effect than simply using cold water, without the hassle and intensity of the bath version. Quality attachments.
