Recommended by Harvard Medical this is the best entry level electric toothbrush for you add to your arsenal. A few important considerations you would want to keep in mind to get the most out of it: 1) HYGIENIC USAGE TO AVOID MOULD: You need to take apart & rinse the foam off the brush after every use, leave the head as well as the handle to air dry outside to avoid growth of mould from moisture that gets trapped in spots you cannot reach if the brush isn’t opened up. If you’re lazy and just throw your brush around in your bathroom, this is not for you. I’ve gotten used to this ritual after every use and just leave both parts to air dry in a glass and have never faced any issues with mould. 2) PAIR WITH A SOFT MANUAL TOOTHBRUSH FOR COMPLETE CLEANING: This does not completely replace a manual toothbrush. I still use a regular manual toothbrush followed by my IO3 and my teeth feel the best they have. One does not replace the other. The iO3 can reach spots your manual toothbrush cannot, and guides you on the perfect pressure to apply to your teeth. Another friend I recommended this to and started using it was advised by his dentist to not give up manual brushing during his checkups. I have found the best solution is to employ both methods to cover all aspects of cleaning your teeth. My teeth have felt the healthiest, cleanest and brightest since I have combined both. 3) BRUSH HEADS NEED TO BE REPLACED EVERY 3 MONTHS: They’re readily available on Amazon however this will be a recurring cost, so keep that in mind. Still cheaper than paying thousands at the dentist, so the cost is worth it. 4) DOES NOT HAVE FAST CHARGING LIKE THE IO8/9: I tend to leave it overnight for a 0 - 100 charge so it’s not a problem for me, but something to keep in mind for your daily usage. If you can go for the next model, I would recommend it for the screen as well as the fast charging.

Great product, removes small food particles from tooth. Gives better cleaning. Pressure sensor light helps. Appearance is cute. Little bigger but gives good holding. Easy to use

First electric toothbrush I have ever used.Cleans really well. Charge lasts almost a month but takes 18 hours to fully charged.Use it and you will get addicted to it. Oi3 does not have Bluetooth connectivity

Within just a few days, my teeth felt so much cleaner, and I noticed a brighter smile. The round brush head does an amazing job reaching every part of my mouth, even those tricky spots at the back. The pressure sensor is super helpful—I used to brush too hard, and now I know exactly how much pressure to use. I also love the different cleaning modes. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the battery lasts a long time. Brushing has become something I look forward to, and my teeth have never felt better!

So far it’s working fine, but compared to Philips Sonicare, it takes more effort to brush with this. It’s very important to clean it properly, otherwise it will definitely develop mould. However, it’s much better and more powerful than other Oral-B electric toothbrushes.

Good Cleaning was efficient Bad Different modes are useless as you don't know which mode you are using. No way to identify Stopped working in 6 months. Now I am reaching out support to sort this

This brush is very good. I was using Oral B pro vitality series and this is a huge upgrade over it. First of all the sound of pro and vitality is harsh, this one is smooth and somewhat pleasant. There are three modes, but you dont get any indication that it is on which mode. Bummer! Should have atleast given a light indicator as there are multi color lights in both the buttons. Also, there might be small difference between normal and whitening mode as it feels the same to me. Sensitive mode is good when you want late relaxing softer brushing experience. Brush claims to have 2 min timer, but it doesnt stop for me. It vibrates every 30 seconds (once, twice, thrice and more) but it doesnt stop. When stopped manually after 2 minutes it gives the colorful lights to indicate 2 minute had passed. The heads are little costly than the normal oral b heads, but its worth it and supposedly so as it uses magnets. But on Amazon these heads are only available in black. There are also some variations in headtype as well sensitive, ultra clean etc- but amazon india does nit list it. Heads are Easy to pull off and rise as well. Pressure sensor is also good, in the dark it acts as a dim light to see where you are brushing, its bright. On registering we get additional 1 year warranty, so total 3 years warranty we can claim. Charging time is too long at 16 hours, but it lasts for about a week between charges. And it supports older charging pucks as well, I am using vitality charger on this brush. IO is game changer and once you use this you will not go back to pro or vitality series. Also explored io5,8 etc. They are all same but with additional features like BT, display, some more speed modes, qi charging. I think we are well served with io3 as the brushing experience and IO features are same at low price.
