Used them for the first time today. They do take the stress off of your hands so you can focus on the muscles you’re working. I am very pleased with the purchase. I ordered a smaller size first and thought they were too small so I returned them and got the next size up. The smaller size would have been fine for me with the larger I have some extra wrap. They seem very well made I doubt I willl wear them out ever.

These are probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. They really help with every pulling movement during a workout. A lot of the time your grip strength may limit your ability to lift heavier weights and this eliminates that problem entirely. They are also much easier to use than normal lifting straps. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to seriously get into lifting weights

This is a game changer and a must in my opinion for everyone. It takes a few sections to get used to them but once you do, you can work out pull exercises without them. I wish they were 3/4” to 1” longer and the neoprene was a softer material but otherwise, well done!

After using traditional wrist straps for over 15 years, I finally decided to give something else a try. Pros: Easy to use Much faster to get on the bar Comfortable With dry hands, excellent grip Cons: Requires more grip strength to use Not as secure Sweaty hands makes them difficult to use Now, the first con is only like half a con. On the one hand, I don’t feel like I’m just completely ignoring my grip strength when using these, on the other hand when going heavy it doesn’t feel as secure as wrist straps that have been wrapped around the bar a few times. Sweaty hands also makes them difficult to use since they can be really slippery. Overall, after a little getting used to, very happy with them.

Excellent straps. I would probably order a size bigger next time. I had the Pros in a Small and they fit really well. I ordered the Xtreme in the same size bit it feels a bit smaller than my Pros, but I can still use them abs they are an excellent sturdy strap.
