I'm not really one to leave written reviews but omg. If I was lying I'd not have left a comment. I've been asked to stop taking these from my partner. If you potentially want to wake up like Britain's next comedian and think you're hilarious these are for you. Am I more alert.. yes.. am I less tired .. yes.. it's also made me want to stop drinking alcohol so much. I have been utterly annoying since they have kicked in ( roughly 2 and a half weeks) but jesus I didn't realise I was so sensitive to mushrooms. Do it. Buy them. Live life. Love mushrooms

After a friend recommending Ashwagandha and reading up about the benefits of mushroom properties I decided to search the internet to see if there was a supplement that offered both. I found these! I took a couple on Sunday night, but didn’t notice anything as I went to bed shortly after. On Monday, I took another dose with my morning cuppa and started work. Well… I definitely noticed a difference then! My racing thoughts slowed down, the anxiety pit in my stomach subsided and I was able to focus on my work. I faced a stressful situation on Tuesday, but I didn’t have a stress reaction! Mind blowing! Normally when stressed I can get emotional, sweating, anxiety and shaking. I had none of that!! ZERO!! Using these with BPD and ADHD have been fantastic! Even better than my prescribed medication from my GP!! Why GPs don’t recommend this stuff is beyond me. My husband even tried them before heading to work and also benefitted from less racing thoughts, less anxiety and more focus. I will 100% be carrying on taking this supplement and if you’re reading this, I really hope you feel the same benefit. Worth every penny.

Easy way to get a bit of everything!

I was very skeptical because I tried other products and nothing worked... it took 3-4 days to see the first results. I noticed a change in mood, I am relaxed and serene, my belly, which always seemed bloated to me before, has disappeared! Also, I feel like I have lost weight because my jeans have become baggy, what a nice feeling!
