Using the Infinite Labs Liposomal Magnesium+ is definitely a unique experience, starting with the packaging. The label is a bit of a challenge—it’s packed with information, but the tiny print and low contrast make it really hard to read, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to check serving size or other details. It tastes more “earthy” than expected. Despite the stevia, I didn’t catch any sweetness, and diluting it in water only seemed to stretch out the flavor, rather than mellow it. If you’re not a fan of liquid supplements, the taste might take some getting used to.As for effects, the liposomal technology is supposed to help with better absorption right into the cells. I did feel like it helped with muscle relaxation, and it seemed to help the cramps in my calves. If you’re a stickler for easy-to-consume supplements, the flavor might be a hurdle, but if you can look past that, it feels like a solid, if unconventional, source of magnesium.

Most people are deficient in magnesium with eating a diet that is mostly devoid of enough nutrients. This Liposomal magnesium supports cardiovascular health by maintaining normal blood pressure, regulating heartbeat, and promoting overall heart function.It is a very important supplement and helps many processes in the body.Be careful not to take too much as I took a large dose and it caused me to need to go to the bathroom. If you take it is small doses until you are sure how your body reacts you will be in better shape than I was.

It tastes halfway decent, 8 out of 10 when diluted with water. Works pretty good for sleep support. Make sure you take it well before actually wanting to go to sleep based on your metabolism.

This doesn’t seem to have a high amount of magnesium. Or at least, it’s not as potent as other brands I’ve tried. I can’t really say that this made any difference for me. I won’t order this one again.

I have taken a magnesium supplement for years. When I discussed the magnesium with my doctor I was told the best way to deliver any supplement to our bodies is in liquid form! This is the form I want!I had a bit of difficulty breaking the seal to the liquid. Once open, I poured a spoonful of this Liposomal Liquid Magnesium.I saw the yellow, orangish syrup substance in my spoon, I gingerly placed a bit on my tongue. Not unpleasant but hard to identify the taste. I'm still struggling to taste the lemon flavor. There is no smell to this product. I take this supplement in the early afternoons.I wish there were a public awareness campaign about the many benefits of magnesium! This product absorbs into my body quickly and the beneficial supplement starts to work in my body. My bones, my memory, my sleep all can use help. I urge all to read up on the benefits of magnesium.I like everything about this product, it does not matter the flavor, it is not unpleasant! I highly recommend this product and it is made in the USA.

This Magnesium supplement provides 200mg of a couple different kinds of magnesium, Bisglycinate and Gluconate, which are both decent forms. The dosage is on the lower end for pills but if it is better absorbed, then it might be just as effective as a larger dose. The taste is fine, kind of a lemonish flavor. The downside to a liquid form is that there are only 18 doses and it does cost more than the pill form.
