This chair is VERY heavy and very difficult to move around, but it is so luxurious and comfortable! Getting it out of the box and moved into the room was very difficult, required two people and we could barely lift it. I am so pleased with my purchase! It is very pretty and so professional. I recommend buying it.

I love my chair! I use to do facials, waxing and hair services. The headpiece comes out easily when I need to switch from using it as a bed to a hairstylist chair. I wanted 1 chair I could cut hair in as well as do facials because my space is small.

I purchased this chair for my salon to provide dry pedicures. It took a long time for the spa chair to ship, and I received no updates from the seller or Amazon. Instead, I got a call from a third-party delivery company (Ceva) regarding the delivery. Meanwhile, Amazon still displayed "sorry for the delay" as the order status. When the chair finally arrived, it was delivered in a huge box by a couple of individuals from a moving truck. The chair was fully assembled and mounted on a wooden platform. I had to tear the box apart to access the chair. After plugging it in, the chair immediately raised up, tilted to the side, and lifted unevenly. :(((. I contacted Amazon to see if they could ask the seller to send someone to adjust, fix, exchange or refund... No luck... I contacted the seller, who informed me that I would need to arrange for a trucking company to return the defective chair myself. This is unacceptable for such a large, expensive item. I need assistance resolving this issue, as the chair is clearly defective and improperly functioning.
