Is really is just Monosodium Glutamate for enhancing soups and stews flavour but I use only about 1/4 tsp per 4 person serving of stew/soup.

It's exactly how you would imagine it looks and tastes like. It's very easy to include in recipes that need it. You get a lot more of the product than you imagine, it needs to be kept in an air tight jar once opened.

I like to use this salt when I cook a chinese meal, makes a lot of difference to the taste.

This was my first time trying MSG and I've not been disappointed. I've watched lots of tutorials and taken loads of advice and now mostly use it mixed with salt as seasoning on pasta, potato and rice dishes and it's very effective! Will definitely be buying more, but this pack is lasting me a long time for now.
