Soft, Strong & Very Long
I like this, plants like this, we all like this not least because it’s very natural - a coarse weave of hessian. I’ve previously used synthetic microfibre white fabric whilst offering a degree of frost resistance - it didn’t breathe well, particularly when damp and increasing the risk of rot / fungus. This material is a fairly open weave that allows transpiration. Easy to use - it’s just like a wide bandage. Cut it, then tie it off or use a cloths peg to hold in place. Unlike cheap microfibre sheet it’s UV stable so if it’s stored dry you can use it again and again. Recommended (particularly by my hardy citrus) for wrapping potted trees that are too large to bring in when the mercury plummets.

Great for the top of tree fern trunks - recommended
This review is for "0.4x6M Tree Wrap Rolls - Outdoor Plant Frost Protection-Natural Burlap Wrap Tree Trunk Guard Protector."This is a good length (6m) of fibre tree wrap and is perfect to use to protect the topmost 30cm of trunk of Dicksonia tree ferns. I have three, so this amount will enable me to make a double-layer for each one, and there is enough string to tie it on too. Being breathable there is no need to worry about excessive humidity causing mould. A great product and I rate it five stars. The price at the time of review was around £18 which is reasonable value if you have valuable plants to protect.

Good quality burlap for frost protection
We have been lucky not to have very harsh winters recently, but no doubt we are due one soon, and it is good to be prepared!I have a few magnolia trees which are vulnerable to frost, and so I was drawn to this burlap which you roll out and wrap around the trunks of trees to protect them against the harshest winter weather. It is a strong hessian which you just roll around the trunk and then tie with the string provided. Being a natural fabric, it allows the tree to breathe, but still protects it from the weather and also insects and animals. You get 6 metres on the roll, which is ample for my needs, and once winter is over you simply remove it from the trunk and it can be used over again the next year. A good investment to protect your valuable trees.

Nice natural product
This is a good product, nice and natural which prevents any sweating as it allows air through. It is a nice natural sacking colour, so doesn't draw your eye like some of the other types that are either very dark or an artificial green colour. I like the fact this is a natural product with nothing artificial. Will definitely help protect fragile shrubs and trees.

Tree wrap
The roll comes with natural made material good for tree and for environment, helps to keep tree away from frost in winter. I never done to cover my plants before and I hope this comes handy to cover them, so to prevent plants from getting damaged in winter. This bundle is large so sufficient for my garden space and I like, as it is made from natural product and can be reused again.

Perfect for tree trunk protection
I much prefer using this type of natural material for frost protection than synthetic fleece. I have a mimosa tree with a trunk that needs protection from frost in the colder months, and this burlap type wrap is perfect for the job. There is a good length in the roll, plenty to wrap around the whole trunk with enough to spare for other plants.A good product at a good price.
