These feel great very helpful when it’s hot out! Helps soothe painful feet

I am using this for chemo to avoid neuropathy. My chemo lasts for two hours. I needed to buy four sets of these. They do work well they hold the cold for upwards to a half an hour. They are easy to slip on and swap out. I believe they hold their cold because they’re thicker than another brand I bought. The other brand had swap out coat pads and they just didn’t hold the cold long enough. These worked really well and are very cold. The only problem is that you have to buy so many pairs, but that’s because my chemo lasts so long. They also fit kind of large, so maybe that helps them hold the cold also.

Almost too cold lol My mother uses them for her gout. 10/10

But larger size for swollen foot

Great for sore feet, plantar fasciitis, bunions (I have all three!). Can be worn with feet up or standing, which is convenient. Doesn’t really work for walking around, but that doesn’t matter. These are my fav ice pack for feet
