I bought refurbish excellent condition with hope phone will be great condition and yes arrive nice some minor scratches and with screenprotection but when I tooked off screen was scratched was expecting a bit better condition when you order excellent option

Was really happy with this phone at first. I could even open it with fingerprint recognition. But then, out of the blue, the fingerprint recognition vanished and my every attempt to open it with a password failed. But I'd only had it days, so I was happy to try 'factory reset'. Except it won't go to a factory reset screen. Won't be turned off. Won't open. So it's a completely useless waste of my time. -- Luckily, I can still return it and get my money back, which I am going to do. And I won't be replacing it with a Samsung.
