Pros:Very Sharp Knife: This knife has a very impressive factory edge. I don’t see it becoming dull anytime soon even with heavier tasks.Premium Steel: As this is a benchmade this knife I crafted with care and made with very high quality steel. Better than any other knife I own.Weight: This knife is incredibly balanced and lightweight in the hand. As a male with smaller/average size hands this knife had no trouble moulding and fitting my hands perfectly. If your hands are larger you won’t see a problem and could probably choke up a bit.Cons:Price: You’re paying for the brand and it’s benchmade. These knives are top quality however they are pricey and I probably wouldn’t drop the $180 for this knife.Handle Material: This handle felt really comfortable in my hand but it’s not traditional and others may not like the plastic like feel of it.If this was priced around maybe $130-140 I would say it’s well worth the buy. However if you are a benchmade supporter, a hunter or just need a good quality knife this is a wonderful choice. Benchmade has a lot of great features like a care guide for the blade, option to get it sharpened if you send it in etc, so consider those factors as well.

I love benchmade but usually go elsewhere for fixed blade offerings. This is a great knife though and very rugged while being extremely lite. Would definitely buy again.

Beautiful knife, very sharp. The knife itself exceeded my expectations, however very disappointed with the sheath. As you can see in the photos, there is no way to attached this my belt, or clip into my pocket for everyday carry. How am I suppose to carry this knife and have it ready to use? Can’t put it on a belt like I can with my other knives. I guess I just assumed it came with a belt clip especially since it’s not a cheap knife, none of Benchmades knives are cheap. So I’m very disappointed with this one! A fixed blade knife should have a sheath that you can put it on a belt and have it secured especially with prices of Benchmade knives. Again very disappointed. Now I have to contact Benchmade to see if there’s a fix for this issue. Had this case had a belt clip it round have been a 5 star rating. I’m being generous with a 3 I almost gave it 1 star , the saving grace here is a great knife, just a very very disappointing sheath. Update, I contacted Benchmade, they have a clip that attaches to the sheath. It cost 21.52 with taxes. So ordered one. This should have come with the clip, but at least I’ll be able to attach it to a belt now, but it should have been included in the original price and have cost me extra money. I guess $21.52 is a price worth paying though to be able to carry my knife securely.

Bought for as a thank-you gift for my hunting buddy. He field dressed and skinned a deer with this tonight, and it was CRAZY sharp. Extremely reliable, useful, short enough for skinning. It’s the whole thing. Everything you need your hunting knife to be.
